We are a supplier of trim, doors and stair parts. Rich has always been a well-prepared professional in all of my dealings with him. It is an ongoing relationship.

Rich Bloem, Homes by True North, contracted to build our home after we met him during our local Parade of Homes. The process was completed between January and July of 2011. He provided some excellent advice along the way, with respect to product, workmanship and design. This was especially helpful to us, as this was our first experience in building a custom home this big and beautiful. We continue to enjoy our beautiful home, and it is a daily reminder of what God has given to us, through the skills and helpfulness of Rich Bloem.

We have had a professional working relationship with Rich Bloen of Homes by True North for almost 8 years. Rich extends a high level of integrity and respect to us as his product supplier. Our relationship with Rich has been built on trust and based on this, we want to service him and his customers to the best of our abilities.

Rich helped us with our commercial real estate office which originally was a single family home. Couple things that I was very impressed with is the scheduling of the contractors. It usually takes so long to get a job done...but he had contractors lined to be there when scheduled. Our community said...you moved quickly on the office build. Plus we met weekly with Rich...and he was on the job site each morning with the contractors on not so easy project with keeping the old foundation and making it happen with the new build. Rich did a great deal of follow thru!!

I am very selective of the builders I work with, Rich Bloem is one of the most knowledgeable Sustainable/Green Builders I know. His knowledge of building science is far above all of his competition. I work highly recommend Rich Bloem as a Builder and a Green Rater.
