I live in a one-bedroom apartment in Manhattan. Confronted with trying to figure out how to maximize space with the arrival of my daughter, I took to the design blogs and found the Murphy Bed solution. Highly recommended by a fellow neighbor, Michael at Hide N Go Sleep was a consummate professional from start to finish. He responded to all inquiries quickly and was available during the delivery of the bed. He and his partner installed the bed in an hour and even returned when I needed it adjusted. We did run into some issues with the delivery (it is a third party). Michael handled this in stride ensuring that all issues were resolved quickly including replacing a damaged piece without me even asking. Going on month six of every day use, the bed still functions like it did on day one. I recommend Hide N Go Sleep to everyone who is considering this space-saving option.

Living in Manhattan with limited space, when we decided to redecorate and redo the rooms so that we could free up floorspace, we began looking at various sofa beds, wall-bed, different styles, etc... We waivered between a sofa bed and a wall-bed and ultimately settled on the later. Sofa beds are notorious for being uncomfortable after a few nights, but we were hesitant on being locked into a wall-bed that would only accommodate a specific mattress. After a few months, one visit to Hide N Go and we knew we had found what we wanted. Not only was the service and quality fantastic, the cost was far less than any of the places we had seen. One of the key selling factors was that unlike other wall-bed manufacturers, the units at Hide-N-Go could accommodate a standard mattress! We could buy a mattress at any manufacturer - or use one of our our existing ones - and it would fit. An added bonus was that there's enough space between the mattress and the base-board that we're able to drape a comforter over the bed (tucked in at the base) and mount pillows on the headboard before we close the unit up. With other manufacturers we would have needed to store the bedding elsewhere. Service was fantastic! Any little issue we had, Michael immediately addressed and went far beyond what we were expecting. And unlike other places where you deal with a salesperson and then later have someone else come to do the install - after delivery, Michael and an assistant were the ones who showed up! The finish and quality as so good that when visitors come over, we have to point out that the unit is a wall-bed. Even better for us NYers who rely on the subway to get around, the showroom is conveniently located half a block away from the Hoboken path station. We've had the unit for almost a year now with not a single issue. If you're in the city and looking for a wall-bed, do yourself a favor and take the Path to Hoboken and meet with Michael. A definite recommend!

Hide N Go Sleep was a great company to do business. After an exhaustive search of comparable wall-bed units, Hide N Go Sleep was the clear choice when considering price/quality. Michael was an efficient and friendly business man to work with and the delivery team really went out of their way to deliver in a tight space--quite quickly as well. Michael came by within a day or two to install, and he made quick work of this as well. The only thing I would suggest for future customers is to request a gasket or sealant of some sort to be placed between the bed cabinet and the wall during installation to prevent squeaks where the cabinet makes contact with the wall. I would definitely recommend Hide N Go Sleep! I did a fair amount of research on Murphy/Wall Beds, and even tried to buy a few different used beds on Craigslist, before I settled on Hide N Go Sleep. Just wanted to let you all know how happy we are with Michael of Hide N Go Sleep Wall Beds (info below). We have a guest room that has been doubling as my home office and decided to replace the queen bed with something that would give us more space year round, and at the same time accommodate the occasional stay over guest. Couldn't have made a better decision. There was small dent in the carpentry that Michael was not happy about. This morning he came by and replaced not only that piece, but one other with the smallest of scratches that we had no idea was there to begin with. Great service, very reasonable price. Michael of Hide N Go provided excellent service. We went to his showroom in NJ to see the product offering. The wood is excellent quality and once the order was placed - the install went smoothly. What was great to learn is that the beds can be moved with ease when we are ready to do so.
