Do not purchase from them.! If you want to return an Item they do not provide a return label and expect the customer to pay for it. They are better brands out there that accept a prepaid return.

Very nice showroom and distinctive mid-century modern influenced tiles and housewares. The tiles are handmade, giving each project a slightly distinctive flavor.

Heath Ceramics is amazing -- from the quality and authenticity of their products to their level of customer service. My favorite Heath investment was the 500 square feet of white oval tile for my kitchen backsplash. I bought overstock (1st quality, which is just "we made too much," mixed with 2nd quality "a few imperfections") and it continues to be a centerpiece and conversation starter in my kitchen. It also cleans incredibly easily and is acid-safe. Everyone who lives in or visits the Bay Area needs to at least stop into a Heath location.

I love the character provided by using local products that reflect the character of the context, supporting local crafts and community. What is great about Heath is they are a local Bay Area company from Sausalito with a deep history in the area and 60's modernism and an equally deep complicated color palette. They can make Avocado look fantastic! We've done well searching their factory seconds and overruns, reveling in the serendipity of surprising color combinations in a random pattern. They bring so much to any project.
