We have had the pleasure of working with Hayberg Restoration Network on our home renovations. They helped us section off one room and expand the master bedroom, all in a matter of weeks. They have been extremely professional the whole way through and the process has been painless from start to finish. They inspected the rooms that we wanted to have work done in, listened to what types of changes we wanted, and gave us various options for achieving these. To our delight, the cost of the project has stayed within the estimates that they gave us before the project even began. They are extremely diligent about maintaining constant communication with us, whether through phone, text, or e-mail, and they went to great lengths to work around our schedule as well. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family and look forward to working with them on future home renovation projects.

We are so pleased that we contracted with Lew Hayberg to rebuild our deck and outside stairs! The end result is beautiful and professionally done. Lew and all staff we dealt with were professional and responded quicky to any questions we had. The work was done on schedule and additions to the project were handled with ease. HRN transformed our very boring deck into a vibrant living space. They are experts in planning, execution and delivery of services. The staff are professional, friendly and easy to work with. We experienced multiple delays with the City of Atlanta permit office and they handled each step for us. We are very pleased. A special thank you to Tyler, our Project Manager for his responsiveness and ability to keep all the subs working on schedule. Savannah and Kim are awesome administrative staff. I am very happy I hired Hayberg Restoration Network (HRN) to remodel my two bathrooms. The project was to build a walk-in shower in one bathroom and renovate the master bath to include a jetted tub. Both rooms called for tile work, drywall work, electrical wiring, plumbing, and flooring. HRN was the third contractor I interviewed for my project. Contractor #1 was a no show twice then failed to answer my calls. Contractor #2 only let me choose a design based on their templates. And then I met Lewis Hayberg of HRN. We discussed my ideas and requirements; Lewis made additional suggestions that improved the overall appearance of the bathrooms. Shortly after that meeting, I had a written contract that detailed the scope of work to be performed, a payment due schedule that progressed with the project, and approximate start and completion dates. I signed the contract and work began as promised. Mr. Hayberg and his team of tradesmen were professional in their craftsmanship. Tiling and grouting were done to perfection and there is not a seam to be found in any drywall work! And no project progresses without an efficient front office staff. Savannah and Kimberly were professional and pleasant as we worked through material purchases and change orders. The result of hiring HRN is an increase in my home’s value and the enjoyment of a new walk-in shower and a jetted tub to relax in. HRN has my highest endorsement, and I will rehire them when I’m ready to remodel the kitchen.

After we removed our double sliding glass doors, HRN came in and made the doorway look as if it had always been open like that. This involved removing a weight supporting column and installing a beam across the top of the doorway; Finishing & patching sheetrock; Matching a threshold to our existing hardwood floor; beautiful molding & painting. Quick response to my questions and eager to please us in every detail. Very professional team of craftsmen. We would use them again.

When my wife and I decided to finish our basement, I scoured the internet for the best reviews and experiences. Hayberg Restoration live up to every review and completed a space that we could only dream of a few months ago. They were professional and responsive from the start and the end product exceeded our expectations.

Incredible Transformation! When my bathroom flooded I was so upset, not because I loved it - in fact i hated it, but because of the hassle with getting it fixed. Now, I believe the flood was the best thing that could have happened! Everyone at Hayberg Restoration was great. From the office staff, to Jeff to Bryan our project manager, to the contractors. Everything was easy to understand and went off without a hitch. I am beyond pleased and walk people through my bathroom when they come to visit. Nothing but compliments. I had a half bathroom fixed by a different contractor and it was AWFUL. I refused to even use the room. Since HRN was out to fix the master bath, I had them fix the half bath. It is amazing. I love the half bath now and, you guessed it, guests walk through there to. It is like night and day. I will work with this company again and again!

We hired HRN for our bathroom remodel, and were very happy with everything from the estimate process to the finished product! The estimate was transparent, and Jeff worked with me extensively to help get the most for our budget. Our project manager, Jason, was very knowledgable, professional, and just a great all around guy to work with. HRN completed a room remodel (flooring and painting) quickly and efficiently. There was no problem with requested touch-ups on the paint. I would recommend them for service around the home. This is the second time I've hired them to complete a home project and it will probably not be the last.

I was impressed when the team came out to do the walk through. The subcontractors were all professional. I especially enjoyed working with Paul, the Project Manager. They finished the job in less time than originally quoted and did an excellent job with the drywall, paint, flooring and toilet/vanity installation. I highly recommend them!

Hayberg was certainly a professional company especially compared to most others in the marketplace. We had some typical bumps in the road as you would expect with any renovation project but, they were polite and handled questions and issues promptly. There were some delays which are never exciting however, in the end it all came together. I will suggest (as with any company hired) to keep a close watch on the work being completed to ensure that, it is in fact completed, and meets expectations. I would recommend their services if you have a project around your home. Mark was very helpful and you would be in good hands with him.

A great company to do business with, they handled everything in the renovation of my kitchen and bathroom. Mark was my project manager and went out of his way to answer any questions and walked me through every step of the process. We contracted with HRN for a bathroom remodel. We could not be happier. From start to finish everyone involved was professional, accommodating and a pleasure to have in our home. We are hoping to start a kitchen remodel in the near future. Our first and only call will be to HRN.

We did a complete master bath remodel. Stripped down to studs and removal of all existing flooring cabinetry etc. This project lasted approximately 2 months and had some work not usually done in the south. To wit, underfloor heating is not common to this area. The project involved slab modification, changing plumbing and electrical layout and moving doors and expanding door jambs. Part of the 2 month build time was due to custom cabinetry and having to change parts of the detailed build out plan. I found Hayberg to be a very competent GC and their supervisor Bryan Burris is a top notch problem solver. The subcontractors Hayberg uses are all certified and licensed exhibiting consummate skill in their respective trades. All these factors has contributed to a totally satisfying experience. One last comment: Hayberg stands behind the work and addresses issues that occur during and after project completion.

We are impressed with the work done by HRN. We wanted the master bath remolded and interviewed four contractors, HRN was the only one who presented a detailed summary of the work to be done and a line by line breakdown of the cost. The project was completed in a timely manner as promised. I feel we received value in quality workmanship for the money spent.

Roof damage and a major water leak to our sunroom. Hayberg crews handled water mitigation and rebuilt the roof, ceiling, installed new tile floor, replaced all trim, and painted the room. Great work and the room looks fantastic!

I have used Hayberg Restoration on 2 basement projects including an office and the beginning of a bathroom. I was very pleased with their business, and refer them often. They are very prompt in giving you fair quotes, they stand behind their work and it is done neatly and efficiently. They also follow up to ensure that you are pleased and offer valuable suggestions along the way. They will tell you if it is something they don’t specialize in, and refer you to a reputable source. You can’t go wrong using them for your hard earned money!

My A/C drain pipe cracked in the attic causing a leak in the kitchen and in the basement. This caused damage to our hardwood floors, ceiling, walls and carpet. Hayberg was one of several companies I looked at. They came highly recommended and were quick to come out, assess the damage and provide me with an estimate. They worked extremely well with my Insurance adjuster and made sure that everything was covered. Hayberg was super professional and followed up with all parties involved to ensure the project remained on track. They refinished the hardwood floors on the main level. They replaced the carpet in the basement and painted all the walls. They listened to my concerns and made the appropriate adjustments /touch-ups as necessary. Everything looks brand new......better than it did prior to the water damage! Highly recommend them.

First class all the way. They assisted from start. After a tree fell on my house and created extensive damage. The Hayberg team came out ensured me that they would take this project. And that just what they did. They assisted me with getting the insurance carrier to get off their good intentions and cut the check. The GC kept me informed by a phone call. I felt respected. They did everything I wanted in a timely fashion. We had some challenges because the beam we put in needed special attention and it was done above and beyond our expectations. The price was consistent with the quote. Also the gentleman who did the drywall project was amazing with very little clean up. I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends or relatives.

We were happy with final project but unhappy with delay on start date. We were given a specific start date on contract. However, the project did not start until a week later. We were also never notified of the delay.

Estimator did a very good job. Found damage that the insurance adjuster missed and worked it out with the insurance company. Work was done in a timely basis and looks as good as new. Project Manager did a nice job of coordinating everything. Also, removed the furniture for the carpet cleaners and replaced it after the carpet was dry.

HRN provided reliable and quality service during our basement finishing. They took our vague ideas and converted to an excellent finished product. I will use them again.

Hayberg converted an empty storage area into a compact basement kitchen and closet. This included drywall, flooring, lighting, cabinets, plumbing, counter tops. The results are everything I hoped for. It is bright, convenient and very functional.

Had a tree fall on our deck and contacted several roofing companies only to be told by all of them that some of the structural damage would have to be fixed by a general contractor. I then contacted 4-5 general contractor and got estimates from all of them. While HRN was not the cheapest, they provided a very detailed estimate of the work. In fact the estimate looked almost identical to what my insurance company produced. Then they worked with my insurance company on negotiating the estimate. Then once we had an agreed upon estimate, they started the work and they brought in a team of workers, 2 primary guys and then a roofing guy, and they worked for about 3-4 weeks to get everything done. Work took a little longer than planned but didn't mind because the delays were related to ensuring things were done correctly and some weather related delays too. In the end, they did an awesome job!!! There were a few billing questions but the owner came to my home and we settled successfully and professionally. I really like the fact that they took the time to understand my point of view and we came to an agreement.

I had Hayberg do a room addition to my house. They acted in a professional manner. I was introduced to the team who was going to do the work. Everybody arrived in a timely fashion and worked very hard to get the job done. There was a time factor and they stayed within the boundaries of that time factor. Everything went smoothly and when they had to add something that wasn't in the contract they immediately told us of what had to be done. I am very pleased with their craftmanship and now I have an extra room to increase the value of our home

This team was on it! I needed to add a space in our basement, with a sink and toilet. We worked around the construction of our house and came up with a floor plan. Pending weather conditions in the area at the time, construction was always on time. Cleaned up after each job, kept in touch day to day with me and lead contractor.

My husband and I are remodeling small areas inside our home. We hired a company to tear out our fireplace and drywall over it. We were very displeased with the company we hired the first time. They did not communicate well and it took them over a week from when it was supposed to be done originally. Unfortunately, this stalled other remodels within our home. We fired the first company and then hired Hayberg Restoration Network to take out the wall yet again from the mess up that the first company had made. The people at HRN were very communicative, finished our wall within our budget, and also had our wall done in less than 6 hours! They did a wonderful job and we will definitely use them again in the future!

I hired them to gut and remodel an entire bathroom. I found them to be good and am recommending them. I gave them pictures of the color tile and countertop I wanted and then they bought the actual materials. We had to change the design of the shower wall tile from 12" x 12" to 2" x 2" tiles. I like the result. It looks unique and gives the shower area a more casual appearance than what I had originally intended to have them install. The granite countertop looks beautiful. The wood-look floor tile came out very good also. It even sounds like wood when I walk on it! The only place we cut corners was on painting the walls, but judging from the 2 other quotes I got on this project, that seems to be the norm these days. Unless you pay top dollar, which I did not. I would have appreciated more explanation as to the "Why" we were doing something vs doing it another way, but it just wasn't there. Although, I was able to call and talk to the project manager almost always at a moment's notice. So I never felt abandoned or that they had walked off the job. From talking to other people's experiences with general contractors that seems to be a situation that can occur. So to summarize: If you're looking for a contractor who will complete your project from beginning to end, will get you very high quality shower tile, bathroom floor tile, and granite countertop, and is available at a moment's notice for questions, then Hayberg Restoration Network is a company you'll want to do business with.
