It was so easy to work with Hardwood Perfections when getting new hardwood flooring in my bedroom. Even though it was a small job for them, they kept me updated on details and worked with me to fit the job into their schedule. Nestor installed the flooring and did a perfect job, including figuring out a solution to a tricky doorway. When he finished, the room was spotless. Highly recommend!!

Slav and his team were very friendly, supportive, and honest in their work. They answered all my questions and were really prompt and out there for all our queries. I got multiple quotes from different contractors but they were the only ones who explained the process, the cost involved and most importantly we felt confident with them. It is very important to get your housework done by people whom you can trust. Their work is very clean and neat. It's been a few days since they completed the project, and so far no complaints. Their pricing is good and also the quality of work. They even completed the job in the timeline mentioned by them and there were no delays. They also dealt with the insurance company and were on point with the requirements stated by the insurance adjuster. Thumbs up to Slav & William and their entire team.

From start to finish, Slav was highly communicative and provided timelines for all work to be done. Each day, you can count on a text to let you know when the crew would be arriving. We had our floors refinished and installed new flooring in parts of the house. Each crew was professional and thorough. Once the job was finished, the finishing crew did a final walk through and noticed a few imperfections. They were upfront and let us know they would be returning to to fix them and make sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend Hardwood Perfections.

Very efficient team that delivers good quality results in less than a week

Slav and his team did an excellent job on our hardwoods. We added hardwoods down a staircase and into an office, this was done by Nestor who did an excellent job at installing the hardwoods, I was impressed with his precision (and my professional career is in a field that requires a great deal of precision, so that is a high compliment). They also refinished the other hardwood floors in our house, which now look beautiful and new. On top of all of this, their communication was great throughout the whole process. If I need any work in the future I will definitely be calling them again.

Slav and his team did a fantastic job replacing the flooring on the first floor of our home. They also took care of replacing all of our baseboard and window casing, which turned out great. I knew I was going to hire them when Slav came to do the free estimate on our floors. He was fast, professional, thorough, and really seemed to know what he was doing. We were a little worried about installing bamboo flooring, but Slav reassured us that it would turn out great, and it did. The team that worked on our floors were also very professional, kind, and very hardworking. They did whatever they needed to do to get the job done. We love our floors! Great customer service, I definitely recommend them!

In mid-July 2021 we pulled up carpeting to discover solid oak flooring in three rooms on the lower level of the home owned by my daughter and son-in-law.. Our initial elation was tempered a little when we uncovered some badly patched areas that we thought might not be able to be repaired. But then we contacted Hardwood Perfections. They came out quickly and advised us that indeed they could repair all of the damage and could do it on a timetable that fit perfectly into our plans. The floor refinishing crew did amazing work. After pulling up all of the damaged materials they rebuilt portions of the subfloor and then laced in new oak boards in a way that matched the existing floor perfectly. Next were several rounds of sanding to remove the old finish and even out everything. On the third and final day they applied Bona Natural water-based sealer followed by three coats of Bona matte finish. The results were stunning. Hardwood Perfections completely transformed this living space into something beautiful and amazing. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was flawless. All along the way we were advised of what was happening so there were never any surprises. Hardwood Perfections finished the job a full day ahead of schedule, did amazing work and stuck right to the estimate for services. Everything was fantastic and I heartily recommend them to anyone seeking to have old floors refinished or renewed. Hats off to Slav, Silviu and William for their truly amazing work.

Slav and team did a great job on the floors! They turned out SO nice. They were also prompt and communicative when it came to the project (quote, scheduling, finishing up) and super available for questions along the way. They were also extremely helpful when we ran into an issue with unexpected vinyl sheeting under our carpet we didn't know was there. All in all I am thrilled with how the floors look and would absolutely use them again.

First, Tracy provided us with great customer service answering al, of our questions about unfinished vs pre-finished hardwood. Once we signed the purchase agreement, Hardwood Perfections accommodated our schedule to perform the work. Demo, install and refinishing was done by different employees each followed COVID protocols, kept me informed on their schedule and cleaned up each evening. Our project was around 500 sq feet of new unfinished 3 1/4“ hardwood with a natural red oak matte finish. The outcome is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Hardwood Perfections!

Vlad and his team were Fantastic. My house is a 1920's Farmhouse, the floors were pretty abused. The repairs that he did are almost undetectable, and the completed results brought tears to my eyes. The floors turned out better than I imagined and I am in LOVE with the results. I also had many questions that were all answered, and I feel, if I have additional questions they will answer them promptly when they arise.
