Dianna and the team at Hughes are terrific and I recommend them without hesitation. We recently completed a master bath renovation and needed new shower, vanity and toilet fixtures. Hughes provided multiple options and advice along the way. Their products pricing was better than big box stores and they are a local Raleigh company. When a vanity top was cracked, they quickly re-ordered a replacement at no charge. I would highly recommend them and use them again,

Our house was built in 1987 and when we bought it we knew that that the at least one bath was going to have to be gutted and redone. The contractor we selected sent us Hughes Supply. I was fortunate enough to work with the showroom manger, Chris Lockwood. She asked a lot of questions, listened to what I said and didn't say, translated some of my jumbled thoughts into clear ideas and helped to produce a really beautiful finished bath. Chris was great about product knowledge, durability, finishes, pricing and what would be the best for the results we were after. Everything that was ordered came in on time and we had zero problems with anything. She was never reluctant to steer me away from something because of the conversations we had before hand and understanding my vision. Just a great place with great friendly easy going knowledgeable people.

My experience working with Hughes has been very satisfactory. I am a building contractor and recently had some clients select their plumbing fixtures at Hughes showroom and had excellent prices and great service. I will definitely be recommending them to clients in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The sales representative Diana Jefferies, Raleigh, NC store, was excellent. She was very nice and professional. She listended to what my needs were and made appropriate and very good recommendations. I bought and had installed by Hughes a tub enclosure and two new showheads. Ome bath needed a 17" 90 degree extension to compliment the new disc showerhead. My wife loves this new showerhead. The installation of tub doors went great. The installer did a great job. It makes the bath look so much betetr than the old curtain and rod.

We recently purchased plumbing fixtures from Hughes for a bath remodel we remodeled and were very pleased with how helpful and responsive they were in answering our questions and making the process of selecting painless. Hughes Kitchen is phenomenal!.. I went in with a specific goal in mind and Dianna went above and beyond to give me all the information, located the faucet and expedited it to my house so i can have it installed before inspection.. Thank you Donna and Kris for your help, i will be back for ALL my plumbing purchases. Hughes offered a fair price over what i could find on internet, but offered information and friendly advice which is worth paying a little more in my opnion.
