We purchased granite from this company & cannot get someone to re-seal it. They a person out in 2018 and the person said their was an issue. I am at my wits end to have this corrected.

Granite Tops are the tops! Had them replace our old counter tops with granite. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. And the counter top is PERFECT. Great finishing, flawless edging, every detail. Kept looking for flaws in the finishing or edging, found none! And the installers were fast and accurate. Really no complaints. A quality company.

After being installed, our granite piece had a prominent fissure/crack in it. The installers burned our cabinet with a torch. We discovered it after the installers left. The company had the burn repaired. A rep came to look at the crack/fissure. There was no response from Granite Tops. I wrote a negative review. Almost immediately, Granite Tops contacted us and presented three reasonable and fair options to rectify the situation. We chose one of the options and are now pleased with the outcome. We were impressed with their follow-up and attention. They stayed with us to make sure we were satisfied.

We went there without an appointment, and nobody wanted to help us for about an hour. The lady at the front desk finally came out and showed us a few things. Once someone did she was acting like I was wasting her time. They were much more expensive in the end. Hence the name. OUTLET.

It looks like you were at our Albertville location on January 2nd. I am sorry you had an unfortunate experience at one of our locations. The specific weekend you were in was a holiday weekend which tend to get very busy. We had extra staff on hand but unfortunately we should have had more. Our goal is to keep wait times to a minimum but sometimes things don't work out like we plan, especially for those who don't have an appointment.
