JWarchitecture relocated to Highlands Ranch, Colorado in 2018 though still active with projects in Summit County. Expertise with many project types including residential, commercial, corporate, industrial, educational and public whether new construction, additions, remodels or tenant finish. Familiar with many construction types including wood frame, masonry, steel and metal buildings. Knowledgeable in codes, design and construction techniques. JWarchitecture, llc is positioned to provide value in any capacity. It can be in the traditional role as complete architectural services for all phases of a specific project. Or as trusted advisor for a specific supplemental service such as architectural review boards, accessibility compliance, code compliance, building code study, contract administration, on-site project representation, site analysis, sustainable building design or zoning process assistance.
