The Tint Pros

Inside THE TINT PROS TM (TTP), Family Owned and operated by Lonnie and Greg Earl. The Tint Pros strive to only offer the best films with the highest quality installation. Lonnie began tinting in 1979, while pursuing an Engineering career in Aerospace. In 1987, he opened a new shop on Talbert Ave in Huntington Beach. Lonnie continued in his Senior Engineer position with McDonnell Douglas/Boeing Corporation, while simultaneously operating The Tint Pros and tinting into late hours of the night and on weekends. In 2002, due to down sizing at the Boeing Corporation, Lonnie was faced with an extremely difficult decision of relocating his family out of state, in addition to closing The Tint Pros. The alternative was to let go of his Senior Engineer position and take The Tint Pros from his part- time passion to a full-time career. This was a difficult decision, as Lonnie found enjoyment and satisfaction in both vastly different careers that he had simultaneously for about 20 years. Lonnie's son, Greg, grew up working for him and decided to continue and grow TTP. Now, they are partners and Greg used his networking and marketing skills to grow the business to new levels while maintaining the "family feel" they have always had. The father-son team has proven to be a great combination to make clients happy for over 35 years.
