When we asked K.C. if he would build a pergola in our backyard we had no idea of what we wanted. We envisioned something just covering part of our back patio, what we got was beyond perfection! K.C. took our modest idea and created a masterpiece. He designed and built a stunning outdoor space perfect for entertaining that we enjoy from April until October. We hired Grassland Homes to build our home. KC & Company are a pleasure to work with. I don't think that can be said about every builder after a project is done. He would do a lot of research on any questions or issues we had, which meant he would give us very realistic options and choices. Grassland Homes were very professional, timely, considerate, listened to our needs & had a lot of building experience. His subcontractors were as delightful to work with as KC. He and his crew treated each member of our family with courtesy and kindness. The home he built for us is solid and very beautiful. KC has a very good sense of design that we continued to use throughout the project. He is also very diplomatic. We would highly recommend him to everyone.

KC and I agreed on a budget amount with the house plans that we picked out and he made sure that we stayed on budget during the complete process. Grassland was able to help us make some minor changes during the building process. I was impressed with their concern for safety of the workers and daily cleanup at days end. We were able to move into our home two months ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated. Grassland has great contacts with vendors so we could go to the showrooms and pick out our cabinetry, plumbing, flooring and electrical. Which was a big help! Grassland returned after wee moved in and had us put together a "90 day" punch list which was taken care of in a timely fashion. About two - three years after we moved in which was outside the warranty we had a high wind storm and had some minor soffit damage and they came out and repaired it at no cost to us. I highly recommend this company if you looking for a company to build your home or extensive remodel project.

KC Martin and Grassland homes did an excellent job in building our new home. From the time I first called you until the end of the project and all the times in between you were a true professional. I appreciated your attention to detail from invoices to all the little things of our house. Your building crew was always hard working, polite, and did outstanding work. I would highly recommend them to anyone at looking at building a new home.
