Worstttt!!! I hv bought one sofa set and one couch 4 months back and 15 days back.Horrible quality. Both things have started very bad finishing and cushion mattress has been pressed at no of places. Couch’s arms has been unstiched already. Staff of there store is unsocial. They dont bother what u are saying. Lot of fake promises to repair it but no use of any thing.i strongly recomend that this place is a cheater place pl dont but any thing from them.

Hired them for doing my entire interior work in my new flat as per a friends instruction. Really satisfied with their work and eye for detail. Remember once instance when one of their owners was present till 4 a.m in the morning because some furniture had to be moved through the staircase because of the size of the furniture and unable to fit in lifts. Kudos to them !

This is feedback for the service they are providing. Customer service is Pathetic they even don't care about it. I bought furniture from there and first it was damaged while on delivery and when reported no one came for repair and when asked for exchange then simply said no exchange policy. Every store has 5-10 days of exchange policy and they don't have and running a business. There representative Prerna Jain was very polite in the beginning and after that her behavior is totally changed.
