Mark and Rod work as a team to make sure that the design you develop together is delivered. They are creative, helpful and readily available. They took the stress out of my renovation! A liveable space with a wow factor. I would highly recommend.

I first learned about Fraser Homes from an article in the Toronto Star on a project that Fraser Homes had completed. I was impressed by that review and other reviews in Houzz. I engaged Fraser Homes and am very pleased at the stellar and professional serviced that they provided. The trio of Monika, Mark and Rod proved to be excellent communicators, listeners and very creative. They were always at the ready no matter what time of day to respond either by person or by email. They clearly explained the process from the start and along every step of the way. They quickly attended to and cleared obstacles that presented. I would highly recommend their services and intend to use Fraser Homes for future projects.

We hired Fraser Homes for the end to end design and build of an addition and renovation to our home. Mark walked us through the design options every step of the way. Whether its the kitchen with a lot of storage that you don’t even notice, or the customized built-ins, Mark’s design themes run throughout every space. He was even there during the build making sure the kitchen met exact specifications, and the windows and doors installed perfectly. Rod managed the build, and kept us informed of progress weekly. He worked his magic with all the trades and scheduling. We live in a century home, and when unexpected issues were encountered, both Mark and Rod were there to explain, and provide options. The entire Fraser Homes team including Monica and Scott provided such great customer service. We could not be happier with the special home they helped create for us.

I hired Rod and his team to do an addition on our home. This is the first time I’ve done something like this and to put it bluntly it is the most frustrating aggravating and expensive job I’ve ever done in my life. It is an older home so it’s to be expected I guess. Rod was there every step of the way and put up with my nonsense, he was patient and put forth ideas, although we butted heads on several ocations he seen the job through. Our project took approximately six months , Rod was always there and answered every email phone call and text message . I could honestly say Rod Fraser is a honourable contractor, even after the job was completed he returned and stay true to his word and fixed our outstanding concerns. If you’re looking for a contractor I would recommend Rod Fraser, he is knowledgable honourable and trustworthy. Thank you Fraser homes Rob

Great experience from start to finish! The owners, Mark and Rod, came to the house to understand what we wanted done and we were very impressed with both of them. Mark and Rod checked in on the job frequently and were always available to answer questions and offer advice. The software program Builder Trend was a very useful tool. All subcontractors were skilled, respectful and did excellent work. Luke was amazing! The end product was a stunning new bathroom that gets many compliments.

Fraser Homes Inc. has a great team. The project they did on Kenneth was the largest we had ever undertaken. The team gave us confidence by patiently answering all of questions and dealing with our concerns. They provided creative solutions to our project and helped us find savings when a few costly surprises were found during demolition. In the end they were on budget and on time. I appreciated how they guided us to spend money where there was the biggest impact and save in other places. The results speak for themselves. We are very happy!

Fraser Homes is a very honest and up-front company, what you see is what you get and we could tell from the first meeting with them that this was the case. The Frasers guided us to a plan for our house that was best for our family. They designed and built a layout to accommodate our family’s needs and we are very pleased with the outcome of our new home. The process was very straight forward and regular updates and meetings were given to review the project’s design and construction. Fraser Homes’ staff was easy to get a hold of when additional questions needed to be answered and the workers were very diligent in keeping up with the work demands. The Fraser Homes team is a professional and competent company capable of achieving the highest of goals. Wonderful service! Worth every penny ! I decided to completely reno my basement. Including underpinning. Rod and Mark were very patient and understanding with my wife and I. All of their recommendations were bang on and tasteful. There quote was down to the last nail, and the final invoice was exactly what they quoted. Their workmen where excellent. On time, clean, and very helpful during the whole process. The project was completed on time and to plan. I would highly recommend Fraser Homes to everyone looking to reno any part of their home. In 2011, I hired Fraser Homes Inc. to renovate my bathroom and was so pleased with them and their work I hired them again in 2012 to completely gut and renovate everything else in my house except the basement (which I will hire them to do as well). Their professional attitude and diligence are amazing and they are very easy to work with. The two big things I like to tell people about this company is that they take their projects all the way to the end (no small details left incomplete) and there will be no surprise billing charges when it is all done. Also, Mark has an incredible eye for design and Rod is amazing at organizing the job and keeping everything on track. I highly recommend this company.

Fraser Homes did a fantastic job on our condo kitchen renovation in the Spring of 2014. Mark and Rod Fraser and their site manager, Ryan Littlejohn, helped make the remodelling process go as smoothly as possible. First, Mark and Rod visited us and itemized every single cost, budgeting each item that went into our renovation based on the renovation plans that they came up with. They use an online platform called BuilderTrend, where they could show 3D renderings of the new/remodelled space. They could also post messages for us to keep us up to date on the progress of our renovation, post change orders for approval and selection choices (with pictures), which really helped move the project along and keep communication lines open between us in case we had follow up questions about the work that was going on. Mark and Rod dealt with our condo corporation to get our renovation approved, and the folks that work the concierge desk found them very easy to deal with. We never had any noise complaints, and we did massive renovations (moved walls, dropped ceilings, put in new cabinetry and plumbing, had new hardwood floors installed throughout the condo, new electrical, etc.). Fraser Homes were also very clean, which was important to us, as we essentially lived in our master bedroom throughout the renovation, which took about 4 months and was in the timeline we expected. Fraser Homes did a great job of keeping the costs within budget, too. Mark took the time to work with us regarding back splash tile, hardwood floor and colour choices, and he steered us in the right direction, as we absolutely love our place now. And we get so many compliments from our friends when we entertain, too! We would absolutely recommend Fraser Homes for anyone wishing to renovate their condo. The job went as seamlessly as anyone could expect for a major condo kitchen reno.

We hired Fraser Homes Inc. for a full home renovation. We included design services with the work, which was a service we highly relied on for a cohesive overall project--Mark delivered! From beginning to end, the services provided by Fraser Homes was professional and reliable. We moved and removed walls, enlarged a patio door and window, relocated the kitchen, updated three bathrooms, re-wired, updated plumbing, added an entry door, updated all flooring, waterproofed, changed the stairs, and replaced over 80% of the existing interior. The work was on time and we were consulted when issues arose and provided with reasonable options. We were kept up to date on the status of the renovation and had regular meetings to discuss our goals and likes. Mark and Rod had our best interest in mind throughout the job and treated the project as if it were their own. This is not our first major renovation, but this is the first time we have had a contracting company we could trust and rely on completely. The Trades brought in were high quality, monitored by Mark and Rod, and the finished project is outstanding. We are proud of our home and will use Fraser Homes for any future home projects.
