Tile worked looked great but after job was finished we realized floor leveler had dripped from the 2nd floor directly into the 1st floor bath. This completely clogged the shower drain and damaged toilet. We had to hire a plumber to cut out a section of drain and replace. Scott Schilling apologized for the damage and agreed to reimburse for plumber costs. After 1 1/2 months and FIVE requests, we still haven't received reimbursement.
