About Us

Forest City Builders is a family owned and owner operated company. We have been serving the Cleveland area for over twenty years and are proud to call ourselves a Cleveland based company. Cleveland is redeveloping and we are excited to see what comes with all the changes! We offer in- house blue print drawings and interior design to all our clients. With each job we take time to understand each customers' needs, expectations and deadlines. Many customers have expressed that we have changed their views of contractors in a positive way. Our "secret" is simple; we are an honest company and feel it is of utmost importance to communicate with our customers. Forest City Builders wants to stress to all our past and future clients that we are here to service and assist with any projects that you may have. I have worked with Contractors for the entirety of my career, never have I been so impressed. Stefan and his team exhibit, professionalism, integrity, strong work ethic and transparency. He transformed our home and built an addition for our parents to live under our care. Stefan and his team are currently working on a project at our restaurant, he will be our forever builder!

Forest City builders provide amazing craftsmanship! They did our kitchen upgrade, and were professional from start to finish. Everything from recommendations on the design to sourcing the granite, they helped us create a space that we love. All of the workers were very skilled, cleaned up after themselves, and were personable. Plus, many of my real estate clients have used them, too, so I've seen many of their projects - all extremely well done! Steve is wonderful to work with - you will not be disappointed!
