I had a stair carpet runner installed in January 2021. Dealt with Matt Horwitz in the showroom. He was awesome to deal with. Super helpful in selecting the right carpet from their thousands of samples. He was great at keeping me focused on materials that would work for my style, budget, and application. The install guys were equally fabulous. Prompt, polite, neat, and extremely detail-oriented. I had used Floors, Etc. in 1994 for ALL of the flooring in a house I built. They are STILL the best in town.

Over the period of many years, Floors Etc., has been a valued asset to our sourcing, when it comes to flooring, wall finishes and the unusual in design finish elements... Recently, they completed a custom carpet installation; while our clients were away for months, enjoying the sun in the lower hemisphere. Special Thanks to Adam Drutz, Allied ASID for assuring that we met our delivery deadlines and their professional installers that performed a flawless installation, under our watchful eye... highly recommend Floors Etc. for your next personal or professional needs and installation. The team is extremely committed to provide the best experience from start to finish. Their install team is highly skilled and very professional. Our employees did not even know they were working during our regular business hours they were so respectful of the surroundings they were working in!

After searching for weeks for an oversized area rug and even ordering and returning multiple online we found floors etc. We had an amazing experience working with Matt Horwitz. He was extremely patient on the multiple trips I made to the showroom. He gave me as many samples as I wanted to take home, and was always quick to respond by text or email if I had questions. The final product is beautiful. When we picked the rug up Matt himself was there waiting to help us get it into our truck and ensure the process went smoothly. Totally a high caliber organization that we will return to in the future

Michelle helped us decide on a floor material - we were challenged by the constraints of condo rules - and then sent us home with some samples. We found one that worked perfectly with our cabinets, and we were off and running with our kitchen renovation! Everyone was very patient as we worked through our restrictions. The installer did an outstanding job - our wood-look ceramic tile looks fantastic! We also had Floors Etc. do a patch job with some leftover carpet in our den. Everyone is very competent, respectful and friendly. I wouldn't work with anyone else on any future flooring projects!

I've worked with Floors Etc for over 20 years. In addition to having an amazingly thorough collection of carpeting, hard flooring, tile, and stone for every application, the expertise and guidance I've received from them for all kinds of residential and contract projects has made my job so much easier...and the finished projects so much better. I'd recommend them to any interior designer, architect, builder, or homeowner.
