I had new Luxury Vinyl Plank floors installed in my open area living room dining room,kitchen and hall area. I was quite concerned by the anticipated mess that would be created by the removal of the existing tile and carpets. I fact the mess was minimal. The installation team did an outstanding job. One day to remove the old flooring, one day to install the new flooring and one day to install the quarter round molding. They also were extremely helpful in removing and returning the furniture. I highly recommend Floors Alive and Westview Construction.

Lots of help picking out the flooring we wanted. Install was faster then expected and the work was great. References for electrician was great. Could not ask for more.

I had my carpet on the stairs and in my 2 bedrooms replaced by vinyl planks. Before hiring Floors Alive I checked out other companies - no one could offer me the product quality I found there, not to mention the price. Even with "no installation cost" Home Depot and Lowes would have been more expensive. The professionalism of the people who installed impressed me. Came when said they would, knew what they were doing (even difficult to reach areas look smoothly), cleaned up and were very helpful to move my furniture to where it belongs. Can 150% recommend this company

The installers were so good. Had to remove carpet that was outside due to a water leak in the house . No complaints, just loaded it into the truck. Good experience from everyone.

We had new carpeting installed in three bedrooms, and it looks and feels amazing. Working with the caring people at Floors Alive was a wonderful experience. From assistance in the showroom and taking home multiple samples, to installation, we cannot thank everyone enough. The installers were amazing. They carefully disassembled, removed, and put back all of our furniture and were neat, clean, and respectful.

Simply stellar service and quality work! After a botched job by home depot, Stacy's crew swooped in and knocked it outta the park. He installed carpet in a few rooms and replaced the kitchen floor and both look gorgeous! -- not to mention he even beat home depot's price. I would most definately recommend Floors Alive, they rock!

This is a very professional company, from our first meeting in their store, to the home estimate to the finished installation. Stacy very well explained the wood floor product, the installation process and the cost. Nathan and his installation crew were reliable, punctual, hard working, professional and did a top notch job. We LOVE our new floors and highly recommend Floors Alive.
