I am the owner and prepare all the Proposals for flooring installations. For over 20 years industry leaders such as Shaw, the world's largest manufacturer of carpet and floors has provided the factory direct service for my low overhead business. My current installers have worked with me daily for almost 10 years. We are team players providing a professional service from the written details to the timely installations, clean up and follow through after the sale. Referrals are our best source of business. Experience has taught me that there is always room to grow and learn from problems which are only solutions if approached with a positive attitude.
