Fraze Design Inc., founded in 2000, is a Full Service Architectural Design Firm that is dedicated to providing quality, creative and innovative design solutions. Our Architectural typology is based on our clients’ desires while being based upon traditional and contemporary principles of architecture and the demands of our clients’ individual lifestyles. We are a Medium-sized Architectural firm specializing in both residential and commercial projects. Our project type experience is not only New Construction, but also Additions and Renovations of existing structures.

Frank was very professional and helpful in designing my new house. He has some innovative ideas and concepts. He listen to my wants in a home and applied his knowledge in giving me it and in some cases even more. Now that I have our dream home planned out my wife and I can't wait to move in when it's all said and done. Thanks Frank for all your time and help.

Frank and his team are a wonderful group to work with, we bought a complete mess and they helped design our dream home, for that we are indebted to them forever. I would and have recommended them to colleagues and friends looking for architectural work etc. They are fair in price and have a wide range of design view points.

Met Fraze through a contractor. Great team of very skilled and enthusiastic architects. When it was time for permit, the building official was very impressed we used Fraze and it made dealing with the city a breeze.

My husband and I used Fraze Design and Frank specifically, to work on a new home design. We brought with us a design that we had quoted and had come in at 2x our budget. We worked with Frank and his engineer to modify the home in a way that we could afford. Our home is getting the windows installed this week and we are really happy with how it is coming together. My only "complaint" is - it took longer than we expected to get the work done. But, that is because they are busy and they are busy because they are good.

Working with Frank for over 23 years, I have found Frank to be extremely creative, willing to listen and welcoming clients' feedback and direction. Frank makes the process of designing a home easy and fun and unquestionably does an incredible job on design.

We initially hired Fraze Design to update our 60's home. They did a wonderful job adding a bedroom & bath, increasing the size of the master bedroom and bath and completely updating the front entrance. 10 years later we brought them back for a kitchen- re-do. Another Home Run!!! They are easy to work with, listened to our input and added their expertise to accomplish our goals.

To all that are interested, Frank Fraze, Architect has been my architect of record for over twenty-five years. The financial range of our projects for the last two decades with Frank exceeds $25,000,000. These projects range from signature designer stores in high-end fashion malls throughout the United States, to multi-million dollar single family homes, to a $10,000,000 waterfront resort in Florida. Throughout all these years and for every leg of this incredible journey, Frank has been stellar in every possible aspect both professionally and personally. We first hired Fraze Design to do an addition and remodel of our home. We felt that Frank Fraze really listened and heard our intentions when we expressed the look we hoped to achieve as well as what we did not want. He delivered a design that we adored in a prompt manner and saw us through several revisions and changes to perfect it. We enjoyed working with Frank and have hired him since to prepare designs for projects that we were heading up or properties we were selling.
