After checking out two other carpet stores in Southampton, my wife and I stopped in at Hamptons Carpet One and almost immediately found the fabric for the runner we were looking for. We loved the professional service provided by Evgeniya and found her both knowledgeable and charming. The runner was ordered and she kept us informed as to when it would arrive. It was perfectly installed on the date and time she gave us. We plan to use this company again, and recommend them most highly.

I can’t say enough good things about Carpet One in Southampton. I have used them for carpeting and all sorts of window treatments. I’ve always dealt with Eugenia and she is awesome - knowledgeable, extremely helpful and organized. They get things done in a timely fashion and their installers are great.

I used Carpet Once for multile purposes...from selecting carpets and having them installed, to installation of blinds and window treatment (curtains and rods). Alsways very happy with their performance! Very accurate in gathereing information, proactive in keeping the customers abreast of the progress of the order, and very meticulous on the finale execution. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend them. I was directed to Carpet One by a local resident and after working with Eugenia on carpeting stairs, I also worked with her in selecting window coverings for new large glass installation and was completely satisfied with her knowledge, guidance and professionalism - we ultimately decided on large custom roller shades. Excellent performance. Jobs completed as estimated and scheduled. Totally satisfied.
