Rene Griffith Fine Art & Photography

Over the years I have bought several pieces of art from Rene, some as gifts for others and some for myself. Her work is very varied and always very original. Her wonderful talent shows in every piece. She is a professional in every way, and I will continue to admire and purchase her works.

I am a 66 year old woman who has had many, maybe too many contractors and designers work for me. Rene Griffith works more as a partner. Her intent is to help you reach for and well beyond what you imagine possible. She worked with me to renovate my entire home and I purchased several of her artworks for particular placement in my home. Her timing for completion of projects is impeccable and incredible. I have never seen anyone work as hard or accomplish as much as this woman. She has an amazing eye for color as well, recognizing what the color you may want, and what it will look like next to every other color in your home and what it will look like as the light in your home changes from sun up to sundown. I've watched her over the years as she has helped other folks transform their homes from ho hum to WOW! I obviously think Rene Griffith is unbelievably talented and anyone who is smart enough to engage her talents will reap the benefits over and over!

Rene and I worked together to select colors for the interior and exterior of my new home. Additionally she made suggestions for modifications to the interior to simplify and bring out the basic beauty that was hidden by things like a large rock surround and light fixtures to large for the space. The painters that painted the exterior of my home were not impressed with the color selections, until they actually applied them. They have gained quite a few new jobs based upon the appearance and they recommend the color combinations quite frequently. Interior colors are beautiful and as i'm slowly working through her other recommendations I just get happier and happier with the results. All of this was accomplished by a couple of phone calls and lots of picture exchanges. She lives in the East and I live in California - she has never been inside my home.

I am fortunate to have several beautiful photographs and custom art by Rene Griffith. They enhance my home greatly and I receive many compliments. My husband and I have also used her color consulting services when we remodelled two homes, and we love the results! Rene is easy to work with, attentive to our needs, comes in on budget and provides outstanding value--above and beyond. She is extremely creative, wonderful with colors, and also practical in solving problems and helping us achieve what we want for our home. I highly recommend Rene.

Rene is totally talented in many Genres. We have two of Her Oil Abstract paintings. One has rounded shapes, the other is more angular. The color choices are very creative and the patterns are so varied. Her Frames are to die for. (We recently bought a house that has flooring that nearly matches the Frame color and texture). They are a focal point in our family room, and draw many WOW comments. We miss you in Mississippi, RENE!

My job was a small remodeling job, bathroom and bedroom? I needed direction with color.. I want a fresh look and Rene was very understanding of what my visions were for this project. She gave me options and explanations to pick out colors that made the project a wow factor! I would highly recommend her!

I asked Rene to walk into a 1948 Florida cottage that was in horrible shape and, showing her only snippets of fabric for certain rooms, I asked for color guidance. Her suggestions were spot on. Two years later, the color is still my first choice!

When I bought my condo in 2010, I knew I needed decorating help, but had no idea where to begin. Rene Griffith provided exactly what I needed. She listened to my concerns and offered helpful suggestions. Rene accompanied me when I purchased floor coverings, some lighting fixtures and other decor. While I was out of town,she performed the real transformation. She was in regular communication (with photos) during this time. She painted, worked with flooring installers and an electrician to transform my dated condo into a colorful, relaxing work of art. Speaking of art, I have several of her beautiful photographs in my home. It was a pleasure working with such a creative, helpful, and honest person who never lost sight of my wishes.
