Embarking upon a substantial renovation was daunting for us, however from the outset in the way Everbuilt itemised their costs, explained thoroughly how they would undertake the works and then carefully work around us as we remained living in the house was exceptional. Bill’s team and sub-contractors were so courteous and accommodating while always working efficiently to complete our works ahead of programme and on budget. There was a very tight time frame required for this renovation, and the project itself was a big job. Both projects involved completely stripping a unit and totally renovating it. Bill from Everbuilt was a pleasure to work with. We used him for a small kitchen/pantry/laundry renovation. He is approachable, professional and easy to communicate with. He made recommendations contrary to the original plans and we took what he said on board. Bill has a great eye for detail. The aftercare received has also been very good. We had an issue with the install of our extractor fan after the project was finished. Bill personally took it upon himself to ensure the issue was resolved.
