A Plus Carpet and Flooring

I needed to have carpeting installed in 4 bedrooms plus a hallway and closets. I looked at a few different businesses before deciding on A Plus Carpet. I chose them because my sales staff (Jonathan) did a great job working with me to understand the carpet types and make some recommendations based on quality, price and performance. In the end, I believe I selected a carpet that will give me years of good wear for the dollar spent. My job was done above and beyond expectations. A bit of history...I've done other flooring projects before in the past 5 years and once the salesperson does their job, you are left to the scheduler and installer. I have not been pleased in the past with other scheduling or installing personnel from other flooring businesses. But A Plus was different. I called to get a date...they agreed to it and stuck to it (that as Shawn). Next was the installers. I indicated I would be willing to have them come out earlier in the day (and stay later) since I had a lot of carpet to install. Two installers came to my house. Both Sergio and Armondo were the best. They arrived around 8:30a and we talked about the entire job before they began. Once underway, both of them moved furniture and went about measuring to cut materials to fit. They worked tirelessly without breaks or lunch and left my home around 4p or so. My carpet was seamed without flaw and every aspect of their work was above expectation. I would hire these folks back in a minute for my next job. I was so satisfied with the work done...from the sales, to scheduling, to install, that I called the office to let them know. I do have other flooring projects planned in the future, and will be considering A Plus as a prime competitor.

Ive been using A Plus for over a decade both professionally and personally. As a Realtor and commercial property manager, A Plus handled carpet installations, flood mitigation, and carpet cleaning. Always in a professional manner, priced right, on time, with the best staff Ive had the pleasure of working with. Scott Thorne, A Plus' general manager, has jumped thru hoops to get custom carpet manufactured, coordinate flood mitigation crews in the middle of the night, and scheduled many dozens of carpet cleanings for my clients and my personal homes in MD, and DE. Eric personally went out of his way to visit my DE home to advise and measure for custom carpet installation. Bottom line is, A Plus is the only vendor I use and highly recommend for any of services they offer.
