Eduardo and his crew beautifully transformed our house out of the 1970s. He completed a full gut and rebuild of our kitchen, two bathrooms, and the floors throughout our home. Additionally, he replaced all interior and exterior doors, installed new trim, and took care of various other requests. Communication with Eduardo was clear and consistent from the very beginning. He was flexible with timing and finished this massive job in less time than expected. Truly, it was a pleasure working with Eduardo and the whole Next Gen crew. We lived in our house as the job occurred, moving downstairs while they worked upstairs then moving upstairs when it was time to complete the downstairs job. The guys worked hard to get everything finished and were always more than courteous. We became so accustomed to seeing and chatting with them every day that it actually felt a little weird when they were done and gone! Eduardo and his team were extremely reliable, gave insightful insight to design and most of all I was impressed with the attention to detail and finishing. They completed 2 bathroom remodels for me in fall of 2020.

Eduardo, Criss and his amazing crew have now remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All 3 were a full gut and rebuild. We found Eduardo through a referral, and we are so thrilled to have found a contractor who is honest, communicative, goes above and beyond to make his work top quality, and is easy to be around. The guys worked long hours to stay within their schedule and always addressed any questions and/or concerns we had kindly. One thing I also appreciate is their willingness to give their professional opinions when I'm not sure what decision to make-- they really do know what they're doing! Can't wait for our next project.

We hired Eduardo and Chris to support the completion of 3 bathrooms in our 99 year old house. 2 full tile jobs for a shower and drop in tub including pex piping, one sink and framing and drywall work for 2 bathrooms. From the moment he came to bid, Ed had an outstanding attitude, was always on time and did exactly as he described they would. There was a particularly great attention to detail that spanned asking the right questions to ensure our setup and selection was accurate to the way they brought in the tile saw, tiles and tools. I've hired and worked with many contractors on this rather large renovation spanning over 2 years and they were easily the most efficient and detailed, but also incredibly good communicators. What particularly impressed was the attention to detail in the tile work with edges, around doors (we went floor to ceiling surround in one bath, and asking us about all the options including grout type, subfloor options, colors...etc. rather than making assumptions as many contractors do. They immediately brought in plastic sheeting to protect stairs, all floors and walls and were conscious of mess and noise for neighbors. They were also incredibly efficient, spanning 2 weeks for the entire job and working long hours to completion to ensure they were accurate to start their next job. Finally, I appreciated their flexibility as we were on a strict budget and I required doing some of the initial demo and finishing some of the work myself in each room (which is still ongoing) Loved working with them and would hire again. Will post pictures when we have finally completed all 3 bathrooms.

Eduardo and his family are wonderful. He is one of the most professional and responsive contractors i've ever worked with (and we've worked with a few), and his work is top-notch. You can tell he really cares about the finer details. I've also never met a contractor so dedicated to keeping a project on-time, including working late hours to make up for time lost to Seattle's crazy snowy weather. His estimate for us was also super accurate, and the final payment was exactly what we expected, with no crazy additional charges. Highly highly recommend, can't say a single bad thing. Eduardo and his team do quality work. We were very pleased with all of the tile they installed for us. They put tile down in all of our bathrooms, kitchen/dining, and entrance/hallway, as well as tile in the showers of two bathrooms. They really stand by their work and will ensure you are satisfied with the end result.

Edwardo and his team are exceptional. The team is trust worthy and respectful, their communication clear and prompt, and the final work exceeded expectations. My two small kids were home during the reno, and the team was incredibly accommodating and flexible to the needs of our family during the project. We hired Eduardo and his brother Chris to remodel our parents master bathroom. Eduardo was always professional, on-time, upfront, and easy to work with. He is very attentive to details and his work quality is superb. In particular, Eduardo's tile work and Chris' millwork were exceptional. Most importantly, Eduardo managed concerns and questions from 3 different family members during the entire bathroom remodel which occurred from April 9th until May 16th. Other contractors might have been irritated by this, but Eduardo was very gracious and sensitive to our concerns. We have already referred Eduardo to other friends and family members and we will continue to use Next-Gen Pro for any future projects. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful and our parents can't believe how luxurious it is!

The Next-Gen Pro-Builders team is an exceptional crew that cared as much about their work as we did. Eduardo, Victor and Juan worked with us on every detail. They did a complete tear out and remodel of our master bath and completed several key areas in our kitchen and bar area. Punctuality – they are at the top of their game! My wife was so impressed when Eduardo showed up for our first meeting on time, well dressed and prepared to talk design along with the final numbers, that she wanted to hire him on the spot. Thank goodness, I listened to her and did just that! After getting the job, Eduardo’s commitment never waivered… he was always at the job site by 8:00 and communicated when he would be late because he had to pick up a few things. He and Juan worked a minimum of 8 hours each day, always layedKitchen drop cloths down and picked them up after each days work. For a clean freak family…they were a true blessing to us. To echo what many others have said, Eduardo was very patient throughout the entire process. Having an engineering mind, I’m very critical about having my shower, backslash and flooring straight and symmetrical. Seeing Eduardo use the level as he double and triple checked his work was so refreshing! He even provided insight on several key features that really changed the overall look of our master bath. Had we stuck with our original design, we would have been very disappointed. Thank goodness he brought this to our attention when he did…He is a true professional and artisan of his craft. As we got to the end of project, Eduardo and I sat down to review the final numbers. There were several change orders that increased the cost but he allowed credits for some of the after hours & weekend work I had performed. It was this gentlemen’s approach that was the icing on the cake! If and when my next job comes up, I know that my first and only call will be to Eduardo to get the job scheduled. We have never had such a wonderful experience from a contractor. Eduardo – please extend our sincere thanks to you and your staff for such wonderful memories.

Edward, Victor and crew did an AMAZING job in our bathroom remodel. Great communication, stayed within our tight budget and helped to navigate through a few design issues here and there. Edward was super patient with me during the whole process (full time working mom with ZERO bathroom design knowledge) and I can tell he is a true business professional who cares about the quality of work delivered. We even had an issue with a small leak a month later and Edward came out to help us fix it right away - he made it perfect! I will be hiring them again for any other project we need at our home - I trust them 100%!
