Eastern Architectural Systems (EAS) provides a complete line of custom-made windows & doors: aluminum and vinyl, impact and insulated impact. Tested for strength and integrity, and built with style in mind, EAS windows and doors exceed the requirements and challenges of today’s discerning buyer. EAS is a manufacturer of Earthwise windows and doors, and all Earthwise products are Made in USA Certified ®. This means a lot to us: We believe in our country, and in the communities where we work and live. We are also the only manufacturer in Florida that produces Earthwise vinyl windows, the only vinyl impact window backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal.

We purchased our windows through Lowe's. They have all failed. Mold is growing between the double panes. We have called Eastern multiple times with a promise from the service dept. that they will get back to us. It's been 4 months and we've heard nothing. We were better off with our old windows. Eastern does not stand behind their product ... don't blow your money.

Beware EAS has a 3 year warranty and after 4 years the finish on all my windows is blistering and peeling off! I contacted them and they told me windows were out of warranty nothing they can do. I guess if you buy from EAS you'll need new windows every 3 years.

At one time EAS was a solid provider of windows and storm protection products. This is no longer the case. As a Lowes sub-contractor my company installs on average 40 windows per-week, primarily EAS brand. The current production lead-time from EAS is 10-12 weeks. Once the material is received it is usually poorly made, incorrectly glazed, improperly drilled for assembly, etc. On average I would say 85-90% of the jobs we have received over the past 6 months have had factory faults to some degree. We are loosing money by using EAS. Customers are irate. I would highly recommend finding another vendor for window and storm protection.

I have been working with Eastern Architectural Systems and Eastern Metal Supply since I've been in the aluminum business. When I was working for other Companies, and now that I am self employed. The employees I come in contact with ordering my supplies, Lisa and Sandy with EAS and Art with EMS, have always gone out of their way to help me with anything I need. They're extremely personable and professional in every way. Working with this Company is always a wonderful experience!

E.A.S. is number one in customer service. If you have questions or need to make some sort of changes to a particular order, you can call and they will assist you in the fastest and best way possible. Everyone I've dealt with always treated me with respect and are always professional with excellent customer relation skills. Sincerely Paul

Great Product! We use Eastern Windows and Sliders in all our ICF energy efficient homes. Lisa and Kristen are always very helpful and knowledgeable when we have questions. deliveries are usually made in a timely manner and they are very easy to work with.

I have been working with EAS for the past year and there is nothing bad that I could say about this operation. Everyone I have spoken with has always been professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. The products that I have received include windows, doors, and shutters. All of these products have been great quality for the price and all of my customers comment on how nice the products look and feel. I would highly recommend Eastern Architectural Systems.

EAS has phenomenal products overall, and their new line of Bertha Products are among the very best in hurricane impact protection. Their sliding glass door systems are truly in the elite category and some people in the industry do not even know how amazing their 8100 series doors are. Doug IES Windows and Doors 727 488 0092
