Born in Brazil, the country where a majority of the high quality wood floors originate, he has acquired special skills and techniques that he implements in his work to make wood floors stunning and flawless. He has extensive experience working with all of the different species of wood, most of which are found in the Brazilian Amazon Forest. Eagle Hardwood Flooring did an outstanding job on the repair of our floor. Their office was very responsive and did a great job communicating. Their field guys, Rodrigo and his associate, were professional, neat and respectful. They got right down to work and finished the project without any hesitation. I would hire them again without question.

These guys are AMAZING. I called 8 floor refinishing places in Westchester -- not only did they come in the cheapest, but when I told them I wanted a light, bleached look, they immediately knew what I was talking about. Many well-established places actually didn't, much to my surprise. Other places offered to bleach my yellow oak, which is very toxic, forbidden in many apartment buildings, and not necessary if you know what products to use. I sent pics of what I wanted; the guys came in & made 2 swatches on my floor. It was easy to pick the swatch, and my new floors look amazing. My kitchen is a different wood -- red oak -- and the guys treated it differently to make the 2 look more similar in the end. Thiago, the owner, is super kind & available to respond to questions. Office staff is polite, punctual and very helpful. Overall, I recommend them enthusiastically.

Thiago and his team refinished our existing white oak floors (both already bare and under carpets that they ripped out), installed new white oak in another room, and replaced old carpet with luxury vinyl floors in our basement. They did a fantastic job, and were extremely efficient. Thiago is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, made sure everything was done perfectly. Our floors look awesome. Would 100% hire again and recommend.

Thiago (Owner) and his crew are amazing! If you need any and I mean any flooring work done please consider this company. The work and respectful members of this crew treat your home as though is it theirs. Samatha is fantastic with scheduling the work that needs to be completed if you have an odd work schedule. Please do NOT hesitate to call them, they will get the work done!!!!!

Eagle Hardwood flooring patched and refinished two hardwood floors for us November of last year. They were extremely responsive, punctual, and the final floors looked great. They did a wonderful job patching a difficult hole in our parquet floor; you can't tell the difference between the old flooring and the new patch. We were very happy with them overall and will definitely use them again in the future.

Thiago and his team were excellent. His price was far better than the other floor contractors I met with. He kept all his promised dates and did a beautiful job on my floors. His employees were also a pleasure to work with. My entire renovation was very stressful. The floors went perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Hardwood Floors to anyone. I am indeed a happy customer. :)

The team at Eagle Hardwood Flooring were a breath of fresh air to work with. They were extremely professional and caring in ensuring our hardwood floors were refinished with the utmost standards and quality. The leadership team scoped out the job on Monday and by Wednesday we booked the job, they started on Thursday and the project was fully executed and all deliverables were met by Saturday. We had really light dated hardwood floors and they refinished it with a dark walnut fine finish. The holes they patched were perfect. Five stars and hats off to Thiego, Lewis and the entire team!
