I worked with Juliet and her team at Donco Designs to remodel my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Florida condo. The project involved completely gutting the place and remodeling every aspect of it. Juliet's assistance in helping to execute my vision was invaluable. I am based in Australia and she made everything run smoothly and was in constant communication with me. The combination of Juliet's project management skills and Eric's technical skills, ability to creatively find solutions and attention to detail is a winning combination. I would not hesitate to recommend Donco Designs and will certainly use their services again in the future.

Donco Designs was tEXCEPTIONAL when it came to my kitchen remodel. I did alot of research on materials and pretty much knew what I wanted. Donco team was able to help me put my vision together even better and they executed flawlessly. Juliette went ABOVE AND BEYOND in working with City of Sunrise on obtaining permits and the contractor teams were very easy to work with and maintained a level of professionalism that in South Florida is rare. I had no problem trusting them when I was away from home and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Each day I also received an update as to what was done and what was going to be done tomorrow. My kitchen remodel happens to be the one they have blogged on for Sunrise Kitchen and for which pictures are on cover page. I LOVE IT and DONCO DESIGNS made it happen.

We used Donco for a remodel of our vacation home. Not living there we were concerned with trusting anyone and the quality of work. They took care of everything top to bottom. Juliette is a true asset to this company. She is tireless and goes 24/7. She worked with us long distance with videos, FaceTime etc. the final project turned out great! As with most contractors make sure and have all details in the contract because every extra is overcharged. We were very pleased with Donco and would use them again.

My realtor and good friend Richard Daniels found Donco Designs for us. Since we live in Canada, it was important to find someone honest and reliable to do our penthouse renovation. We found that with Donald and his team at Donco. They were very professional, from demolition to final painting and clean up, they did it all. Installing tiles, bathroom fixtures, our kitchen and a fantastic movable wall! Julliet was indispensable and helped with finding good suppliers and gave us great advise. Together the DoncoTeam made our dream vacation home on the beach a reality.

We had the pleasure of using DoncoDesigns for our kitchen renovation this past spring. The entire team was proactive, imaginative and cooperative. We especially appreciated the dedication of the team in providing specific elements such as my choice of granite, Kashmir White, and an Ikea Abstrakt kitchen, backsplash and tile floors in the kitchen, hallway and terrace. The design of the granite countertop required the use of a crane to deliver the piece to the apartment which is on the 3rd Floor. Juliet was innovative in this regard and the granite arrived in pristine condition. Her enthusiasm and desire to do a good job while keeping costs within reason are greatly appreciated. We would have no hesitation in using DoncoDesigns in any other future remodeling projects.

Donco Designs renovated my kitchen and master bathroom. They were very accommodating to work with and completed the project on time. Both the kitchen and bathroom met our expectations and we are pleased with the results. They returned several times after completion and being paid to touch up and fix anything we requested them to. We would recommend them.

The work of Donald Donco was excellent. The job included gutting the entire condo and remodeling all of it. He made suggestions and they were terrific. His workers were very neat and skilled in their area of expertise. Throughout the entire job Don kept me abreast of the progress and the cost. Don and his workers were very trustworthy, honest and a pleasure to work with. Don has very high expectations and is meticulous about his work. He will redo or undo a part of the job if he is not satisfied. He takes a real interest in his work. I am extremely pleased with all of his work and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend him for any home improvement job and or a total restoration. He is dependable and personable.

We are snowbirds and left our apartment in good hands with Donco Designs. Don has beautiful taste and guided me in making the right decisions within my budget. My apartment is a labour of love and will take time to update it completely. Don works with me within my time frame and if he were in Toronto I would be keeping him busy. Ellen

Donco Designs performed the following services: Remodeled kitchen, including removing dome ceiling Installed wood laminate in den Painted interior of apartment Installed crown molding & new baseboards Updated electrical My experience with Donco has always been wonderful. Their work was high quality and impeccable, they were extremely knowledgeable, they offered great suggestions, they came when they said they would and completed the jobs on time. Each time they did a job for me, I was given a quote and unless I changed the scope of the work, the final cost did not change. I would HIGHLY recommend Donco Designs
