Kit Odom was amazing. Very well organized, gave us a good short list of choices so that we were not paralyzed by the options, followed through and coordinated all the contractors, and very thorough about monitoring their attention to detail.

Stackable and Associates

Kit Odom, FIG Home, is creative and professional. I love that she reviews all invoices and discusses concerns with the installation professional BEFORE presenting to her client. She is also fair to the professionals and the clients with whom she works. The projects turn out amazing, not just looks, but durability and sustainability. As a contractor, I appreciate her ability and willingness to be certain the client clearly understands the scope of work to be done and what will not be done, before we start. Communication is one her many qualities. I would highly recommend working with FIG.

We hired Kit to design the color palette for our home. Her selections are classic and timeless and we are still happy with them 15 years later. She also helped us beautifully curate our antiques and family heirlooms with new collected pieces.

We recently purchased a home that hadn't had any updating since the late 1980's & was in desperate need of a facelift. Kit was able to assist us with a full scale remodel. She gave us all the high end finishes we wanted, while staying on time & budget. The idea of looking at a multitude of finishes, paint selections & knobs gives me a headache. Kit did a wonderful job of simplifying the choices so we could make quick, easy, decisions. I would highly recommend her for any project, large or small.

Fig Home traveled to Beaumont, Texas to advise on Amelia Farm and Market's barn conversion for our on-farm "Pig-to-Table" restaurant. Rustic elegance defined the look with rusted tin and barn lights on the exterior and color washed shiplapped siding, antique mirrored fixtures, and Alligator Green paint, as a nod to our local culture, in the tower entry. Fig Home designed the perfect balance between staying true to the structures history as a horse barn and creating an elegant space to dine and enjoy the view.
