Michael Ball Architects with over 40 years of experience in architecture and planning, provides complete architectural services. Our recent projects have spanned from complete renovation/revitalization of existing homes to new ground-up customs residences. Combining these skills with several years of general contracting, we work closely with our clients to provide a design that expands on their expectations, while respecting their budget.

It has been a pleasure working with Michael Ball over many years now. Michael's plans are easy to read, showing a complete scope of work and detail. This makes the bidding and building process easy from a builders point of view. Whenever a question does arise, Michael is quick to answer via email or a phone call. Michael's design aesthetics, attention to details, exact and detailed plans and easy-going manner makes him a spectacular choice as an architect for your project. Michael listens to the clients' input attentively and does a fantastic job 'translating' this input into a beautiful design. Michael is also very mindful of the clients' budget and successfully 'value-engineers' the project in terms of design and in coordination with the structural engineer and builder. Highly recommended!

Mr. Ball is extremely thorough, responsive, and focused on the client's needs. He was mindful of budget considerations and, unlike other architects that I've met, made no effort to impose his design concepts. It was a thoroughly collaborative effort. His drawings were excellent (the contractor I hired independently made note of this) and the results exceeded my expectations. I would recommend his work without hesitation.

Michael was the architect on an extensive remodel of my home. He's a team player (working with the designer and construction team), prompt, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone.

Commented: Curious about the living room ceiling. Are those skylights?No, they are just reflections from the framed mirrors over the fireplace. Although there is a 12' high ceiling, the master suite is above the living room.
