If you're in need of a residential roof replacement, Colorado Roof Toppers is the roofing contractor you want on the job! In the 40 plus years that we have been in business, we have made it our mission to provide only the best quality products and services. Scott Bart gave us a fair estimate for the cost of removing 2 layers of shingle and replacing then over our garage and breezeway roof, to match the main house. He answered all our questions about code and quality of the product used. On the day, a team of three came on time and worked very efficiently. They were courteous and professional, they cleaned carefully after the work was done, including the gutters; we found only 4 nails afer sweeping: they removed buckets full of them! The paper work is administered by Denise Bart, and she provided exactly what the insurance company required. It was fast, well done and actually a great experience. We are confident the work is well done, and we would hire this company without hesitation.

Commented: What color is the exterior of this home? Thanks!We are the company that installed the roof on this house. Can not tell you the exact color name of the house exterior, but it is some shade of purple.

Commented: I am considering the drift wood shingleThis is regular Landmark shingles. Search for a local roofing material supplier near you. If you go into one, they can show you samples of the different colors.

Commented: Color of GuttersMost people do not choose the color of their gutters based on the shingle color. Most people choose a gutter color that is closest to the color of the fascia on their home.

Commented: Hi, Which ridge cap did you use on this house?Without doing some research, pulling the file, etc., off the top of my head, it was most likely Timbertex.
