Established in 1986, DC Construction is a full service construction company, offering service from ground up building construction, building renovation & historical restoration, to seismic upgrading in the East Bay. Our goal is to provide our client with an exceptional project management service and the highest quality of craftsmanship. Our philosophy is to provide excellent customer satisfaction and deliver each project on time and within budget. For more than thirty years we have developed long-lasting relationships with our team of qualified subcontractors, whose experience and expertise, along with good teamwork skills, have allowed us to offer clients strong design build and value engineering services. Our company holds an annual permit from OSHA, which demonstrates our continued commitment to safety and our safety program for both our subs and our own employees. We send pertinent staff for updated training as needed. Our Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Engineers and Foremen hold certificates from OSHA for completion of training. It is our Superintendent’s number one priority to implement and maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards for each and every person who walks onto the jobsite. To date, our subcontractors have been on the same page and conduct themselves accordingly. Additionally, our company retains Smart Safety Group for on-going OSHA compliance services. DC Construction is also a U.S. EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm DC Construction is a member of the Bay Area Builders Exchange. Our list of references will gladly be provided upon request.
