Darafeev business with Diamondback Billiards has had exponential growth. In fact, our business has been doubling every year for the past few years. Our philosophy is to give the customer exactly what they want. Match your custom cabinets or billiard table? Sure! We then quote how much, and how soon. We try to accommodate; even after hours or an weekends. Recently a client wanted an extra large table. We replied while they were still in the showroom. You can say that Diamondback and Darafeev are both in a race to the top. We expect that by year's end they will be one of our top 10 dealers.

Over a year ago my husband and I bought a pool table at Diamondback Billiards and had a wonderful experience, so when it came time to find spectator chairs it was the first place we visited. Rusty was extremely helpful in sending us pictures of different options we could go with. We went to EVERY SINGLE BILLIARD STORE IN ARIZONA that day to make sure we were getting a good deal. At the end of the day, we ended up right back at Diamond Billiards. They stayed open late for us to make sure what we got was exactly what we wanted. With their interest free financing and excellent customer service, it's hard to imagine going anywhere else.

I am less than pleased with Diamondback Billiards. I was working with one of the associates (leaving names out because they truly are nice) and have not received any follow up calls or emails. I put down a $500 deposit to lock in a show rate for a pool table. Once I got settled in to the new home I called several times to get a hold of the employee that was going to come out and do the measurements. The first appointment was cancelled since they were having car problems. The second appointment was missed and I had to call them to have this employee come down and take measurements. They did make it down that day but, this was rather inconvenient since I was missing work time. It was determined the planned space was too small for the pool table. We spoke about alternative options. I was interested in doing an outdoor pool table but was debating the cost. I requested that an invoice be sent to me so I can think about what I wanted to do. No invoice or communication since the measuring. I then sent an email to the associate explaining that I was going to pass on all the options and asked if there was anyway to refund the down payment due to lack of service and communication. 4 days later no response. This is very frustrating since I will most likely be stuck with a credit that I really don't want since I refuse to spend anymore money with this company.

I would like to say I purchased a custom made pool table from here and worked with Rusty who is the most respectful business man and aims to please his clients. I've done business a couple of times with them and each time was great. Their employees are the best! We bought our Olhausen table this year. The salesmen were very helpful and honest. We were given a fair price, and they gave us a date for delivery. Everyone bent over backwards to help. It was a very good experience. Delivery was a week or two early! The setup men were very professional and worked with us to set the table exactly how we wanted it, and we are picky. We don't see how we could have had a better experience.

We hired Diamondback Billiards to move our newly purchased Pool Table. The installers were courteous and professional and explained each step of the process of setting up, replacing the bumpers, re-felting and leveling the table. It's almost an art. They are definitely skilled craftsman.
