Broward Builders LLC is a construction company that offers a comprehensive package of custom services designed to allow the client to work and create a project "custom made ". Our firm is based in Pompano Beach, Florida. We have been proudly serving high end customers as well as private and nonprofit clients, throughout Pompano Beach, Florida and surrounding areas since 1990. We take tremendous pride in exceeding client expectations. Over 90% of our negotiated work is with repeat customers. New Homes from $750,000 to 20 Million. Contracted Broward Builders in May 2019, house was promised July 2020. January 1, 2021 came around and still far from complete. The timeline we were given was never adhered to, the penalty payment of $100 per day beginning August 14th to be paid every Friday, has not once been paid to us. Money was given early than required to pay for specific items (plumbing fixtures, interior doors, driveway) and they were not delivered, or the incorrect ones that were installed. One of the subs personally told us that he was never paid and checks from Broward Builders bounced, even though we specifically paid for that service to Broward Builders. We approved bathroom and kitchen designs, but completely different designs were installed in our custom home. Phone calls, e-mails, and texts are ignored. There are countless lies and empty promises. We have since fired Broward Builders and now have to piece together the mess that they created in our family home. There were many red flags along the way, we should have cut our loses at an earlier stage.

After purchasing a condominium in Fort Lauderdale which required considerable remodelling I was fortunate to be introduced to the Chief Executive of Broward Builders who subsequently carried out the work.I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and particular attention to detail of this organisation from the start and throughout the ongoing project.The quality of materials was always very high and the staff were always responsive to our needs and helped to smooth the path to completion I recommend this company without hesitation.

I can't say enough about Broward Builders and the kitchen remodel that they did. Everything that I wanted for my new kitchen was done just as I wanted it. The design was beautiful, and they put everything I asked for in it. The workers doing the work were so nice and went above and beyond what I thought they would do. They cleaned after the days work so I was not left with a mess. They even mopped my floors! They did go a little over budget, but our house was older and some wiring and duct work had to be replaced. The only negative thing I can say is that it took much longer than they told me. Sometimes communication in scheduling days of work were not clear either but all in all I am very pleased with the completed work that was done.

We highly recommend Broward Builders for any kind of remodeling project. We purchased a two bedroom dated apartment that was converted into a beautiful up to date space. The design ideas and finishes proposed were brilliant.

Broward Builders is a reputable Remodeling Company. I highly recommend their services. They are very Professional and business savvy. They are able to perform any remodeling type indoor / outdoor quality work and able to meet deadlines within budget.

Broward Builders executed a custom kitchen cabinet renovation requiring careful following of plans for the job. The project required attention to detail of product selection and development of ideas and plans from the designer. In the execution, custom made doors and all cabinets was required as well as development of a unique pass throughs from kitchen to serving area created. The attention to detail in the project was amazing as well as the time spent dealing with problems related to the commercial nature of the project
