Ahlers construction has done excellent work for me at a fair price. They are fast and have friendly service. I would tell my friends to use them.

Ahlers Roofing and Construction replaced my roof and built a patio cover. They were honest, timely, did quality work, left worksite spotless and followed thru with touchup on short punch list items. I will use them on future projects and definitely recommend them. Skip was onsite while insurance claims adjuster did his inspection. I think that was instrumental in getting my 35 year old roof replaced, with Class 4 Storm Resistant shingles with no out of pocket. They followed thru with the roof certificate that my insurance accepted for $500 per year discount on my HO insurance. Dan Ahlers spent the better part of a day, touching up small items around the house. The whole experience was Fantastic.

I hired Ahlers to replace the roof and rain gutters on my home because of hail damage. Because an insurance claim was involved, the process was rather complicated. As a result, Ahlers made sure they were present at the job site when the insurance adjuster arrived at our home to inspect the damage and begin the claim process. The insurance company played hard ball with us, allowing for only about half of the total cost to complete the job. Ahlers provided to insurance proof of actual costs to replace the roof but insurance would not change their viewpoint. As a result, Ahlers hired an attorney to write a nice, detailed letter to the insurance company explaining the grounds for the cost of the new roof. A nearly immediate reply came back from insurance and they upgraded the roof price to near Ahlers original cost estimate. Once the new roof and gutters were on the home, we waited again for final payments. All told the whole process took 4 months and the outcome was very satisfactory, thanks to Ahlers diligence, patience, hard work, experience and professionalism.

I had a fence and the siding on my house replaced. These guys are fantastic! The work is exceptional. They did a high quality job at a very reasonable price. They are very professional - they arrived when they said and they got the job done when they said they would. The cleanup was so good, you could barely tell that work had recently been done. I had my fence replaced first, then called them back for the siding. I highly recommend Ahlers construction to anyone, you won't be dissapointed.

I hired Ahlers to replace a perimeter 8 foot wood fence. They installed metal fence posts and a gate. It was scheduled promptly and completed within two work days. I had a problem with the location and delayed them a day. They finished the job without any delay charges. Bottom line-- the project and process was excellent.

Ahlers construction hired an engineer to evaluate a potential structural flaw in a room built by another contractor. They wete the only contractor I interviewed willing to take on this job and hire an engineer. They did exactly as engineer instructed to improve the structure and also fixed other problems they found with the room previously built. They re-drywalled and retextured walls, and leveled flooring and dealt with electrical issues. In addition they repainted and did detail work the previous contractor did not do. They also consulted extensively with my brick contractor on engineering findings since I had a crack in the brick that appeared to be due to the new room addition done by previous contractor. They were very professional and did a great quality job, but I feel the job was a bit overpriced, however, I did not challenge their pricing. I was very confident in their abilities and enjoyed working with them and felt I could trust them. I would recommend their work to others.
