I hired a furniture maker on custommade.com. I put a $1155 deposit on the piece of furniture. The guys ghosted me after two months of delaying the project with every excuse in the book. I filed a dispute with custommade.com and they did absolutely nothing about the situation. I tried to submit a second dispute and they said I could no longer submit a dispute because I had already filed one. They stopped responding to me just like the furniture maker did. I am out $1155 now with nothing to show for it.
