Don't expect Cosentino NA to follow up on any warranty work. I've been trying to get someone to return a call or email for weeks. When calling their warranty customer service, I've only received a live person once, who seemed more interested in working on what she had in front of her than in helping me. She stated she would try to find someone to help me, but they ".. were all in meetings or at lunch". I've subsequently left numerous messages. Subsequent calls don't get answered; there is only the option to leave a message on their voicemail.

We purchased a many thousand dollar Dekton Keyla countertop based on the sample provided by the company. When delivered, the actual surface was completely different from the sample as you can see in the picture. The sample appeared fairly uniform with no brown. The actual counter had numerous brown spotchy areas as you can see in the picture. It in fact just looks dirty. When we contacted the manufacturer (Dekton / Cosentino) through our countertop dealer, they offered no recourse at all. Just basically said it was manufactured to spec and tough luck. I would have expected at least some kind of consideration but no. I would not purchase a Dekton or Silestone countertop again given their lack of caring at all about customers.
