Confidence Landscaping did a wonderful job on my front garden: removal of old plants, installation of irrigation, installation of new landscaping, adding irrigation controllers, etc. Everything was explained and the company wanted to be certain at every stage that I was completely happy with the work. They were prepared to redo anything with which I wasn't totally satisfied. I am so pleased with their work that they will be doing my back garden in the spring! Every person at the company was polite, knowledgable and helpful. They came in on time and in budget. The only changes were for extras that I requested.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the final results of my yard. Confidence Landscape has been excellent in delivering exceptional customer service and support and quality work and materials. Every member of the landscape team and all subcontractors have been extremely professional and dependable. Jeff has been ideal. I had extensive landscape work done with several hurdles that were handled with patience and complete support. We used Jeff and his team to renew our front yard and hardscape to a drought tolerant and modern design. After we gave initial feedback on a more conventional design proposal we started a very intensive and fruitful dialogue with Jeff and his designer. They understood our general ideas and provided good suggestions so that we ended up with an overall awesome design. Confidence Landscaping was our general contractor for the project. Their crew was quick, polite and professional. Jeff, the owner checked in regularly with us and followed up immediately on any issues we reported. Thus we had an overall stress-free experience. Jeff and his crew at Confidence did a complete landscaping overhaul for us including front and back yard planting, installation of an irrigation system, construction of new driveway and front entrance walkway and a new front fence, construction of backyard patio and outdoor shower and a trelice to hide the pool equipment shed. We were very pleased with the quality and pace of the work and the flexibility that Jeff showed to changes along the way. Jeff was personally involved all along the way and very responsive to our input. The crew was very nice and respectful. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The project involved a very steep hillside site that was seriously eroding. Confidence removed a substantial amount of debris and loose soil by hand. They then prepped the site with gorilla hair and jute netting in some places. They then carried up tons of rock, again by hand due to the difficulty of the site. Confidence designed a series of dry stack walls up the hillside and did a beautiful job building them. After installing lighting and irrigation, both drip and overhead, they finished up with plant selection, placement and planting. Results are beautiful and site enhancing, like the approaches to Machu Picchu. This is our second project with Confidence Landscaping. The first one was in 2012. We like working with Jeff and Max. They are knowledgeable, inventive and efficient. Their crew members are hardworking and highly skilled.

We hired Confidence to do the landscaping for our newly built home. We wanted a drought-tolerant landscape, and also had some specific requests as far as plants we wanted. They designed and created a beautiful yard for us that we love - including a custom water feature and entry ironwork that fit perfectly with the house. I worked with Confidence Landscaping to 'freshen up' our front yard which was mostly native plants and grasses. Lori and Meri-beth spent quite a bit of time with me walking the yard and brain-storming ideas. They asked me my favorite colors and what my goals were. I wanted blooming plants that attracted hummingbirds and bees and provided cover for birds. They came up with a beautiful plan and then the crew put that plan in place. I love the results. The entire crew, including Lori and Meri-beth, were attentive, responsive and great to work with.

Jeff Sheehan and his staff at Confidence Landscaping completely redesigned our landscaping and have maintained it in beautiful shape for the past 5 years. Highly professional, they do every aspect of design, lawn renewal and replacement, drought tolerant planting—which can be flowering and stunning or more subdued. They installed drip irrigation and lighting in front and back yards—adding a stone pathway and teak benches. They also examined our home’s structural integrity and drainage, and rebuilt our front porch with 20 foot deep supports. Jeff is a good listener, knowledgeable, personable and gives you detailed information on how to transform your ideas into a beautiful reality. Friendly, competent staff treat your home and grounds with respect and care. Highly recommend!

We hired Confidence Landscaping to design and install new drought tolerant landscaping for our front yard. The job included a new driveway, walkway and patio as well as all new configurations and plantings and lighting for the landscaping. Confidence lead by Jeff Sheehan did an excellent job throughout the project. Jeff developed an outstanding design after several consultations with us. He did a great job managing the project and has a talented, responsible and polite crew. The job site was cleaned up after every day of work. The job was completed on time and at budget. It looks beautiful, is low maintenance and we thoroughly enjoy it every day.

Confidence landscaping transformed our front and backyard. The project included drainage work, hardscaping (sidewalks, flagstone paths, driveway), all new irrigation system, design and planting. Jeff has an unusual combination of easy-going manner combined with very high standards. This made him easy to work with. He listened well, actually read our spec sheet and followed it! Together we specified the plant list to be used. Note that you won’t be given a detailed plant layout plan – just the bare bone layout. The crew was very professional and kept the worksite tidy. Once the on site work began, the crew came consistently, the only breaks were holidays. Confidence Landscaping was more expensive than others we talk to. Part of what you get for your money, however, is follow-up. We had several plants that didn’t do well in their microclimate. It took several months to find the right plants for the location, and we didn’t get charged for that. Below are before and after photos of the front yard.

Jeff Sheehan and his crew have just finished re-landscaping our front yard, and we are very pleased with the results. Jeff came up with a plan that was esthetically pleasing in its larger shape as well as in all its detail of textures, placements and plant choice. He is easy to work with, and his crew was pleasant, professional and efficient, and always left the site clean at the end of a work day. The quality of the work, in material and execution, was first rate. This is the second job that Jeff has done for us—he earlier performed a larger landscape modification of our backyard, and we have been extremely happy with that result as well, in its beauty as well as its practicality of use.
