CONDITIONED AIR

Conditioned Air engineered and installed two new units in our 20 year old home in May 2018. I interviewed several firms as this was a significant home improvement. It was very impressive how their team worked together to provide us with the best solution to address weak areas in our system that we have been dealing with for years. They took the time to ensure we would have a better whole home system and did not just try to sell us air conditioners. The responsiveness of David M. and Wagler was extraordinary. We were away during the installation which included not only AC units but improved duct work, two Healthy Climate Solutions units and all of the new controls necessary to easily manage the system from home or away. They kept us posted on the progress and were available for any calls. Six months later I would not hesitate to call either Wagler or David or anyone at Conditioned Air. At no time did I feel I was asking too many questions either before the contract, during installation or after. As a Collier County resident for over thirty years it was a pleasure doing business with a firm with a local "can do" "will do" attitude and where you know they are going to do everything they can to steer you in the right direction as they are all SW Florida folks. I highly recommend them.

After striking out with three other pretend cooling companies, I have found the expert. My first experience with them was at my rental. Having continual cooling problems, the first company said it was a leak by the condenser, the second said it was the coil, $3000 later still had cooling problems. Ken the condo specialist, ran the proper tests and with his vast experience finally fixed the problem with a new line set. The installation went perfectly even though the guys had to shovel the trench in 100 degree weather. This experience couldn't be better! My second experience was my personal residence. I didn't hesitate and called the experts. Over the phone they tried to save me a service call and gave me a couple "tricks" that I could try. I was temporarily successful but with the unit being 11 years old, the blower died. They came out and evaluated my unit and being the experts that they are, provided information that the current system was under developed for the space. We agreed to a new plan and Oscar came out to install the new system. In order to restore comfort, they worked 12 hours straight to complete the installation. Who does that? They do. Air conditioning in Florida is a requirement and Conditioned Air is the solution. The work is perfection, and they leave with the only evidence being a heavenly comfortable space. A+++++++++++++ save time and money, call them .

When my A/C quit in Estero and I was in New York, Jeff Z. and his crew bailed me out by quickly accessing the problem and coming up with the solution. My new A/c system is so much better than the old one. I highly recommend Conditioned Air!!!

Trustworthy and efficient workers. Service technician are most respectful of homeowners property. Service call are always answered in a timely fashion. Service contract very fair. Have referred neighbors and they are also very satisfied.
