Concept 8 did a great job and honored the warranty to help us when needed! Their project Manager Luke is excellent with customer service and a super hard worker!!

Constant warranty issues. Many items identified during closing remain open two years later. For example, our garage door would violently shake when opening, shaking the whole house and waking everyone including children. Despite many, many emails/texts, the 1 hr repair took 18 months for them to accomplish. Many more items just like this, and from my neighbors as well.

Concept 8 does a superb job starting from estimating costs prior to construction, to selecting beneficial building & material tradeoffs for their customers, quality workmanship, tracking and updating progress and performance, keeping milestone dates and staying within the cost envelope. Highly professional and competent all around. I strongly recommend this builder.

I have had the pleasure of working with several Team members at Concept 8 by offering products that meet their customer needs in hardwood flooring. Whether it is solid or engineered wood floors they are simply impressive in researching what is needed for each subfloor on each job! "That’s organization and attention to detail at its finest." They provide unfinished and prefinished wood flooring whatever that customers job requires.... and the thing that really sticks out in my mind is the value of their clear understanding of what they want always comes across.... they won't cut quality for "price".
