We had cry home improvements redo our kitchen. We love it and are very happy with it. We appreciated the helpful suggestions from the staff with lighting and other accessories. We were so pleased, we had them back to redo both our bathrooms. After shopping around, we found their fees to be very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish, our experience with Ron and his staff was outstanding! From the committed start and end dates, the actual work and the guidance Ron provided throughout the entire job was refreshing. Our job was fairly large. New kitchen counter tops, new flooring to include carpet, a new shower and entrance way flooring, Ron made what could have been overwhelming experience very positive. His undivided attention, easy to get a hold of and ongoing guidance was perfection. We have recommended and spoke to multiple friends about our experience. Let me start by saying Ron and his team have completely exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to deal with challenges and hit every completion date. Ron's help with design and product selection made the project so much better than our original plan. Also important was the level of communication throughout the project which was outstanding. From the store staff, to those handling the build out we knew what to expect every step of the way. We are so happy with the CNY Home Improvement Team, it is a pleasure to highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone reading this review.

We hired Ron at CNY for a TOTAL kitchen remodel. There was so much work to be done including removing two walls, changing heating, electric, plumbing, Windows, flooring - plus all the cabinetry, counters, backsplash, trim, etc. Ron and Chris tackled these projects with ease and quickness. From day 1, making the floor plan AND budget was a relaxing and fun meeting with Ron. He put zero pressure on us to commit and he demonstrated that our satisfaction was his number one objective. Our kitchen is now the most beautiful focal point of the house. Ron and CNYs remodel of our house has brought us lots of happiness and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.
