We just had a new carpeting installed by Abbey carpet in San Jose. I am so happy with the results. Robert was the salesman who helped me. He was very professional and responsive to all my questions and phone calls. Eduardo and his installation crew were so great. They did a fantastic job and worked really hard. I appreciated how careful they were moving all of my furniture. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for new carpet.

As a design/build company, we strive for perfection, and that is exactly what we get when we use Abbey Carpet & Floor, of San Jose! Greg and Steve are our main contacts there, however we love working with the whole team! Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills are outstanding! We can't imagine NOT doing business with Abbey! We would definitely recommend their products to any of our clients who are seeking great quality flooring! Had to match dining room flooring with living room flooring. Stephen Trudeau our rep did some research and found a perfect match. The Installer removed old flooring and installed new cherrywood hand scraped flooring very efficiently and quickly. He used a cutter that does not require sawing the laminate . No saw dust , debris and clean job overall. The installer even went out of his way to replace a section of baseboard that had been damaged when the original flooring was installed . The floors transition perfectly now. Great job Abbey.

I was looking for a company to install carpet in one of the rooms in our business office. The staff from Abbey Carpet & Floor were very helpful and patient with our process in confirming with our landlord, finding a matching carpet that matched our existing carpet we had in the office and were very good with their customer service. I would recommend Abbey Carpet & Floor to other & would inquire with them again for any other floor projects I come along to.

I have seen the excellent work and received several referrals to Abbey in San Jose and when I finally had the need to get new carpet, I got in touch with them. They had a great selection, the customer service was outstanding, and they did a super job of installation. They were extremely flexible in working with our difficult schedule and the installation was done precisely as promised. I'll be back!
