With 34 years experience, CHRD’s basic design philosophy has been to promote a timeless and functional design through quality of space. Typical new home cost is around 1.8 Million and up. Room Additions Average around 1 Million. Average Master Bathroom Remodels -$150,000, Average Outdoor Living Spaces are $800,000 to $2 Million. Average Basement is $500,000. I was a little leary of choosing an architect just from written reviews. But in seeing the work Chuck has done, and the reviews he received, I thought I would take a chance with him. I am so glad I did! He is a very easy-going person who is very easy to work with. He was very professional in our meetings, but not in a stuffy way. He listened to what we wanted and presented a few ideas for us to choose from. He explained why he chose certain finishes and materials. And he didn't balk at changing things if we wanted something a little different. Once we made our decision, he got things going very quickly. I am VERY happy with the end result. In fact, we had a few neighbors approach us about the work he did and asked for his name/phone number.

When we made the decision to build a home there was no question of which architect to use. Having already had the pleasure of living in a home designed by Chuck, we knew no other option would compare. Chuck has a magical ability to take a brief description of your vision and then create something beyond what you could have hoped for. The combination of detail, both large and small, included in his design culminate in a home with a uniqueness that is just so hard to find. Chuck's friendly and patient personality make him a pleasure to work with. He is a true artist and treasure of the Lehigh Valley.

Chuck did a great job implementing our vision for our home. He added that special touch that we would never have been able to do. Chuck is a premier architect in our area and we are so happy to have worked with him.

He has great vision, integrity and a creative attention to detail. Chuck is currently designing and building our home. His design work is beyond exceptional. Chuck's attention to detail and his creative/artistic abilities distinguish him from everyone else. If you are in the market to build a high end home, you would be at a great loss not to consider him.
