Pella - Memphis

I ordered new windows from Chris with Pella in Memphis. The service was excellent. Installation was on time and tidy.

Good contact and follow-up. Very thorough and complete estimate and proposal process. Flexible, as we had some late changes. Install team was very thorough and did an outstanding job. We are extremely pleased with the window quality, fit and value.

Christian Brakke was very knowledgeable of Pella products, and the installation proceeded as he described. Although I had a service issue after the fact, it was handled promptly by the installer- twice.

Mr. Brakke and his associates were punctual for our appointment and installation. His presentation of the Pella products I was interested in, and his ability to help me choose the correct window/door replacements for my home was handled in a very professional manner. The installation of the Pella products was exemplary.

We have use Pella products on two home improvement projects. We chose Pella because of the quality of the products. The costs are admittedly higher but the appearance, the construction, the manner of installation, and the overall efficiency of the windows and doors are worth the cost. The salesperson represented the product without pressure. The product was described accurately, ordered correctly, colur-affirmed, and delivered as promised. The installation exceeded expectations in every regard. There was good followup from the salesperson and the project manager in charge of the installation process.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! I needed a new, triple window and installation and it was done to perfection and absolutely beautiful!! They arrived at the specified time, installed it perfectly and cleaned up their mess...I would use them again and recommend highly...never ever had a contractor, repair, installation go so smoothly!!

This company was extremely professional and their product lived up to my expectations. They went through the cost of the different windows and let me know which options would best suit my needs and the price that was quoted was the final price and there were no hidden fees. Also they gave me a specific date that the windows would be ready to install and worked with me on what day and time would work for me and they kept to this schedule. I have been very happy with the windows that were purchased from this company and would recommend to anyone who needed replacement windows. The windows were delivered on time and to specifications and the workman were friendly yet totally professional at the same time. If I decide to replace my doors I will be using this company.
