This "company" isn't a working progress. This "builder" is incompetent and gets a thrill out of conning people out of their money. I've honestly seen monies do better. Christopher Small is a raging alcoholic. Hence why he's never on site and he can't keep contracts to save his life. Some builder. Wouldnt ever recommend to build a box.

I would recommend Adroit Building Solutions for any building project, remodel, renovations or repairs no matter how great or small. Let me first say that in retrospect Adroit came armed with the knowledge that not a single project comes without times where stress and complications arise with the potential to take their toll on both the family and the contractor, subcontractors etc. Chris and his dedicated staff turned my cramped and mundane bathrooms, nonexistent laundry space, poorly planned kitchen and dining rooms as well as the various hallways leading to and from into open, more accessible and even dare I say luxurious spaces now enjoyed by the entire family. The crew even took the time and patience to earn the trust and friendship of our pet! During the project our privacy, quality of life and daily routines sustained the minimum of disturbance when considering the very personal types of spaces he and his awesome crewman worked in. I especially want to mention how much I appreciated the amount of respect and thought that was conveyed in consideration to my children including but not limited to my eldest who is special needs. I couldn’t ask for a more understanding and seemingly family-oriented group of professionals to be in and out of my home while dealing directly with my dearest family members during what was such a hectic time for us. We will always remember the precision, care to detail and ESPECIALLY the personal interactions that without fail were always observed during the unfolding of various unexpected events and other conditions that could never have been planned for. EVERY staff member treated us with the intent to make us comfortable from the beginning of the process all the way through completion. There always seemed to be a way that our (very necessary daily routines) were allowed for. A big thank you from our family to yours!
