I had a wonderful experience working with "Living with Chic" from the first time I spoke with Celine on the phone, to the end of our project. Celine is truly an exceptional designer to work with. Our project consisted of redecorating our open space: living room, dining room, kitchen area; our master bedroom and guest bedroom. We decided to keep some of our existing furnishings and add new pieces and accessories to create a smooth transition between spaces and create warm, airy, minimalist interior design. I had a picture in my mind of how I wanted it to look like, but I had a hard time explaining exactly what I wanted. Celine made everything seem effortless and fun. I was pleasantly impressed about her amazing talent, her great taste and her vision to redesign our space, since our first meeting. I immediately realized I was working with a professional and I was extremely confident that I was in good hands. Her interior design proposals were amazing. She picked items that I would have never thought to purchase on my own. Each time I received a new delivery I instantly fell in love with the gorgeous piece she had selected. I really appreciate her time and effort she put in sourcing the furniture and accessories, in finding replacements for out of stock items and for always keeping me updated on delayed deliveries due to pandemic supply chain issues. Celine had always responded promptly to all my questions and concerns and made me feel such a valued client. She is very organized, detailed and passionate about her work and mostly cares about her client satisfaction. I do not have the words to describe how beautiful my house turned out. It was a "wow" moment when my friends came over to see the changes and I received so many compliments. Celine commits wholeheartedly to her projects. I have a deep respect for her diligent efforts and how much time she had taken to do this so well. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you Celine, from the bottom of my heart!

Celine was the designer on my long awaited backyard project. After many searches for the perfect designer we were referred to Celine by our landscaper who had worked on many projects with her. We were told she was really good at what she does, but most importantly how well she worked with her clients, really taking the time to get to know them and working collaboratively to bring their vision to life. That was exactly what we wanted and needed. Celine was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. She is extremely detailed, organized, and professional. Her patience working along side so many other people on a project was impressive. She was always accommodating and available via text or call. It was so refreshing to have such a reliable and invested designer on board. I always felt comforted knowing she was in my corner to see this project through. My backyard turned out more than what I had imagined and I cannot be any more happier. I already have other renovations lined up for inside my home and I can’t imagine going with anyone other than Celine! I highly recommend Celine’s design services for any project. She will see the job gets done impeccably!

Working with Celine was the highlight of 2020 for us. We had reservations about hiring a designer initially because we weren’t sure if we could justify the cost. After getting lost in the Pinterest rabbit hole for a few weeks, I realized I needed help. I had a bunch of vague ideas, and my Pinterest board was all over the place. As inspired as I was with all the Youtube designer videos, I needed someone with a clear vision who could give us direction. Enter Celine. I found her through Yelp, and of the portfolios I sifted through, hers appealed to me the most. I loved that there was a unique character to each project, so I knew she had the flexibility to help us design our dream home while maintaining her clean, cozy aesthetic. Signing a contract to work with her is quite the commitment. I know some designers will offer a la carte services, but Celine will see your project through from beginning to end. This is exactly what we needed. I knew that if I just had a blueprint, I would continually find excuses, and our home would be forever incomplete. She was respectful of our budget and surprisingly made it work. Honestly, I’m so impressed with how patient she was with us. I’m not an easy person to work with: I’m picky, but horrible at describing what I want. We went through so many iterations of our space, and she was her delightful self throughout it all. Bless her. At the risk of sounding cliche, she really went above and beyond. Pretty sure our contract estimated 40hrs for this project, and she easily spent triple that. Window fashions weren’t explicitly part of our contract, but she’s dedicated to completing the space, whatever that means to you. She helped us find vendors, arranged the meetings, and gave us input on which products would work best for each space. For all the furniture and accessories, she handled all the purchasing, returns, and interactions with customer service. That last part would have been worth it alone. Things inevitably go wrong when you’re ordering so many items. Products come damaged or don’t come at all or aren’t what you expected, and not having to deal with crappy customer service agents is just... incredible. The trade discounts were the cherry on top. The amount we saved basically covered her design fee. Maybe all of this is obvious/considered standard to people who have worked with designers before, but for us newbies, it was an amazing experience, and we would do it all over again. The initial dread at the prospect of furnishing a large space (we went from a 700sq ft apartment to a 4000sq ft house) during a pandemic was replaced with excitement. She made it fun and easy. She was there every step of the way and having that support, on top of the service, was so comforting to us. We can’t recommend her enough, and hope that this novel of a review will convince some of you to take that leap!

We worked with Celine on a complete remodel of our kitchen (cabinets, countertops, floor, appliances, lights) as well as redesign of a living room, dining room, half-bathroom and play area for the kids (furniture, rugs, desks and lamps). First, Celine's taste (simple and cozy) was right up our alley. She transformed our dated kitchen into a more open and brighter space that we now enjoy being in. The living room is now also actually "live-able". We find ourselves spending time with our kids there where we rarely did before (it's cozy now!). Other spaces are much more stylish and pleasurable. Second, Celine showed patience in working with us, despite delays due to construction, product delivery and the very unanticipated shelter-in-place orders of our city. Throughout the entire process, Celine was always willing to change priorities, consider other options for furniture or layout and, overall, was a calm force through what is otherwise a somewhat stressful process. Top notch!!!

Selecting Celine of Living with Chic to design my home was a fabulous decision with incredible results. I cannot recommend her more highly. Not only is her taste exquisite but also her personality is delightful. Working with her was, simply put, a joy. She is organized, warm, and communicative. And my home is flat-out gorgeous. The pictures I attach don't begin to do it justice. The space she created is warm, cozy, and somehow, at the same time, super chic. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to work with her. Celine was the perfect choice for our interior decoration needs. She was highly organized, detail-oriented and extremely communicative throughout the process. Most importantly, her design suggestions were excellent! She took the time to learn about our style preferences and designed our home to perfection within our budget. Hiring Celine was the best thing we could have done for our home. She transformed our entire house into a beautiful, functional place to live. And to top it off, she is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is incredibly organized, responds quickly and has amazing design ideas. She really thinks outside the box. One of our main goals for Celine was to add more seating in our small home. She not only was able to add significantly more seating for our guests, she did it while making the space seem larger! She truly listens to her clients and does a wonderful job of turning their dreams into reality. We look forward to working with Celine for years to come!

I am so glad we found Celine. She is warm, thoughtful, and timely in completing her work. She really listened to what we wanted and I appreciate the time and effort she took researching furniture. Celine was also very respectful of our budget and always checked in to see what we liked and if we were okay with the cost. We love the items she found and the color schemes she recommended. To this day, I walk into my home and feel at ease looking at the warm design and furniture.

It was a pleasure working with Celine. She turned our house into a home that is both bright and cozy. She is very sweet and genuinely cares about her clients' happiness with her design. She spends a lot of time and effort trying to find the right pieces for the space, looking at many different stores, while also keeping in mind her clients' budget. I learned a lot in the process and gained a true appreciation for design. Celine designed our living room, dining room, guest room, entry/mudroom, master bedroom, and our backyard. We are more than pleased with how all of it turned out.

Working with Céline to do our full remodel and some renovation was a dream. Her vision for our unique house was spot on with what we wanted, she came prepared to every meeting, and her execution was smooth & timely. When we wanted to make changes, she was right there to help us and she helped us manage the delivery and installation of all our funiture. Our house turned more beautiful than I imagined it and we can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

Celine is an excellent designer who immediately understood what we were looking for and did a phenomenal job turning our house into a beautifully-designed home. Celine brilliantly balanced all aspects of the design process - design, functionality, budget, and space utilization - combined with a high-touch concierge level service. She practically became a part of our family through the entire project and worked hand-in-hand with us to ensure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. I really can't say enough good things about Celine and strongly recommend her. We will definitely be calling Celine when we buy our next home!
