Castro Home Builders is a company that started from the ground up and has been in the Bay Area for over 20 years, building houses from scratch and helping people in the community make the most out of their homes. By remodeling, renovating, and reinvigorating the houses we work on, we are able to provide Bay Area families a fresh start or a new space to enjoy. Castro Home Builders is licensed, bonded, and insured. In addition to the services listed below, our team offers finish carpentry, foundations and rough framing, water proofing, excavations, demolition, power washing, structural steel and concrete work. Victor and his team of experts did an incredible job on our two-story addition and deck. They delivered within a very reasonable timeline and budget. Victor is a true craftsman, and the new spaces in our home came out beautifully. We are absolutely thrilled with the results, and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a trustworthy, talented, and reliable contractor.

We did a major house expansion project. It was the first major house remodeling project we did. So we had a lot of questions and decisions to make. Victor and his team did a great deal of the project. He was very helpful walking us through the project, answering a lot of questions with a great deal of patience. He was knowledgeable and responsive. He provided lots of good suggestions to help decision making. We are very grateful for his help.

It was a pleasure working with Victor and his team. They were conscientious, turned up when they said they would and did a great job on my project which was converting a den to a studio. I liked their attention to detail and high quality workmanship. Victor did a great job keeping everyone on track and communicating with me throughout the project.

Castro Home Builders are licensed, efficient, and have worked with San Jose's city permits requirements routinely. They are professional and reasonably priced. Great workers! We had them replace our garage rooftop, and build our work studio with half bathroom in the back of our property. The studio has a double pane sliding walls.

I know and worked with Victor as a professional. We conducted the seismic retrofit design for a project in San Jose. Victor was the contractor for that project and he did an excellent job for the project. He has a very good talent to coordinate and manage the project in different situations. He is also excellent in coordination with E.O.R. His prices are fair and I have him as our trusted contractor on our list as a Consulting engineer.
