We have known Mike for over 10 years. We used him on our custom home build to help with exterior upgrades. He does good work, but the most important thing about Mike, is he is willing to listen, come up with solutions, cares about the project and you, is very knowledgeable, caring and straight forward. He is there to help you through, at times, a difficult process. I would hire Mike over and over.

Mike is a stand up guy he did my basement as well as some stamped concrete in my backyard. He finished job when he said and the craftsmanship is extraordinary. He also built the building I work in and I get compliments all the time from customers that come through here. I would use mike at Csco over for any construction needs.

It is my absolute belief Casco Construction remains one of Colorado Springs pleasant surprises when it comes to choosing a general contractor, no matter the scope of the project. The customer interface and servicing was performed on an interpersonal level, and this provided a level of comfort and trustworthiness not found in many outfits today. The project mechanics were updated real time so we always knew where we stood with regard to planned vs actual budgets and schedules. And when it was all said and done, Mike was able to forecast the project's funding almost to the dollar from the very beginning, before we even were completed with designing the house. After a fairly lengthy design phase due to our own hesitations, it was nice to just "let go of the wheel" knowing Mike Casimiro and his professional staff were attending to every detail of the project in a timely and respectful manner. I interviewed more contractors than I could count on one hand for this project, and Mike's outfit was a breath of fresh air, so say the least. I would use them again, and would recommend them wholeheartedly for remodels, custom homes, or even landscaping jobs. Whatever they do, they put their heart and soul into it, and it gets done right. Mike Casimiro of CASCO Construction completed a remodeling/renovation project for us and we couldn't be more pleased. From the very beginning, Mike has been a delight to work with. We hired Casco Construction to build a deck. We had some functional and appearance criteria in mind and Mike Casimira and his crew did a great job meeting our requirements while maintining solid, professional building practices. We purchased the primary composite decking material ourselves through a business friend and Mike accomodated that arrangement without any hiccups. It was a pleasure doing business with Casco construction and we are very pleased with the final product.

In the fall of 2012, we had a listing in Monument, Colorado that needed a complete remodel. After much research, we chose to work with Mike Casimiro at Casco Construction. He and his team installed hardwood floors, carpet & tile throughout the home. The kitchen needed all new appliances, cabinetry, plumbing, counter tops, etc. Several bathrooms were completely redone as well. Not only were we very happy with the quality of Mike's work, his frequent and detailed communication via email & the phone throughout the process kept us in the loop and up to date. We would highly recommend Casco Construction whether you need a new roof, a new deck, update your home kitchen or a complete remodel.

The Casco Crew did a wonderful job transforming my whole backyard into a Zen garden. They recycled everything in my old backyard into the new backyard before bringing in anything new. The crew had great ideas and worked very well together with me. They did such a great job the whole neighborhood came by for the open house!!! The next job will be to transform my front yard this Spring and I know that they will do a great job as well!!!

I work with Mike on many projects, both commercial and residential, and he is always prepared. Mike is professional in everything he does. He gives accurate bids that are realistic for the job. One of the key things I like about Mike is he comes up with solutions not problems. He is also one of just the most pleasant people I get to work with. Mike and I have worked on a few home remodeling projects together. Normally we (Carpet World) provide the floor covering and Mike does everything else. On one of the first walk throughs I did with him, there were many other competing contractors. Mike was the first one to take initiative on everything-asking questions, completed paperwork, bringing his subs to the walk through.... and made all the other guys look like they weren't as 'on the ball' He was the only contractor there who had his subs come with him to make sure he could provide the GC with an appropriate and accurate quote. I think he was the only one who printed out the specs sheet ahead of time for the remodel as well. I was very impressed as this was one of my first jobs with him. Another job was where Mike (Casco Construction) was adding a sunroom onto a home. We provided the vinyl flooring. He kept the home owners house clean and safe and the job was sound and done on time. I still drive by to see how it looks from the outside and it is beautiful. Mike is able to think outside the box and problem solve with all professionalism. He is very kind and keen. Carpet World is a woman owned and operated business so we find this very important as well as hard to find- especially in the construction industry! Upgrades to basement wet bar area were exceptional - a real treat to see. Great aesthetic blend of weathered iron trimming around wine racks in a Tuscan motif. Really liked the use of stone throughout the wet bar area. Definitely recommend to anyone to take a tour before building their own.
