@ Capricoast Team, With continuous deviations from committed dates on new project and the old work there is no further words to describe what a customer has to go through the inconvenience caused. With highly unprofessional and amateur vendors, poor quality of work why we as customers have to suffer? Below are the pending items expecting them to be completed? We are also contemplating to take legal action against Capricoast and it management due to your irresponsibleness which has pushed the delay to over six months. With every day delay we are paying high maintenance, other expenses and the hassle of incomplete things at site and material lying outside the door and causing inconvenience to others as well. This truly show with repeated failures there no proper process on Capricoast side with vendors taking the money absconding and lack of professionalism. Capricoast to take immediate ownership and complete the work and take legal action against the vendor. 1) OLD Pending Items @ Esp - [ Delay 6 months + ] •Study Table top change and extending with White top, drawer set to be unfixed. •Shoe rack handles to be fixed and seat to be provided. •Wall putty in multiple places where wire is dug •Floor cleaning in corridor, rooms as Fayaz has left paint marks and glue marks •Bookshelf hydraulic push missing for master bedroom •Switches holders which were opened due to TV Units/ other furniture be fixed •Vanity unit racks are having half shelves with left over ply and is not complete •No Laminate on top shelf of Master Bedroom Wardrobe. Ply is directly exposed. 2) New Pending Items [ Committed date 18th May , Delay 26 Days+ ] •Dressing table with mirror , and light fixing •Kitchen arch •Chest of drawers and Granite fixing •Utility vessel unit with granite fixing •Utility Luggage unit •Shoe Rack extension in between 3) New Project [ Delay 10 Days + ] •Dates crossed to handover site with fully usable furniture was 31st May •No updates from Capricoast on verifying all material received , hence further payment is on hold •Paying hefty maintenance per month, losing on rental prospects and vendor Fayaz is absconding not lifting call but is active on whatsapp. • With Regards, Rajiv

I engaged with Capricoast to do complete interiors of my house. They handled everything from design to moving me in and out of the process during the construction. It was important for me to have a complete turnkey team since I do not live in the city and needed someone to handle the entire process. Capricoast designer took the time to understand my needs, helped us to coordinate with other civil works, returned all of my calls and communicated promptly and did an amazing job for our space. The result was fantastic. The place looks great, it was completed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend this team for Complete interior projects.
