Capital Granite is Minnesota’s leader in the custom countertop industry in Minnesota. We offer five distinct finishes; Polish, Honed, Leather, Antique & Caress and over 25 different edge options. The ability to resurface materials in house allows Capital Granite to produce larger than normal countertops. New design features are no problem for our experienced production and install crews. With the state’s largest indoor inventory of over 100 different natural materials in addition to a multitude of engineered quartz options, Capital Granite has the advantage of displaying over 1,000 unique remnants as well. Best of all, they too are set up for inside viewing. No -20⁰ viewing during the winter months.

I am writing to tell you how wonderful you guys are! The kitchen looks amazing and Capital Granite is a beautiful focal point. From sales to install everyone was so nice. We loved searching through miles of slabs as we pulled our dream kitchen together. The guys that come out and measured were informative and very good! Your install team, what a neat bunch of gentlemen. We watched a carefully orchestrated dance as the granite moved from truck to counter. i was amazed at the fluidity with which this all happened. And you have been great as well, Brenda. Thank you all so much!

Avoid Capital Granite !!! They were VERY helpful...until they got paid ! After moving into my newly remodeled home, I found several cracks in the marble. Now, the same staff that was sooo helpful a month or two ago...has completely changed. I get VERY slow, templated responses. In fact, the last email response that I received was addressed "To our valued customer". I am pretty sure that they knew my name before I sent the final payment.

We hired Capital Granite on the recommendation of our neighbors who were having them redo their kitchen counters, which is exactly what we wanted to do. We met with Lori and during our first visit she explained the process and gave us information on Granite vs Quartz. Throuougt the process we made changes to our original granite selection but Lori always returned our phone calls promptly, gave helpful suggestions and was very patient with us. We made several visits to the show room, to make sure our selection was the correct one for us and she always was very considerate of our concerns. The install went as planned. Workers showed up on time and were professional. We are very pleased with the outcome.

I've used capital Granite for all my remodeling projects over the last several years. Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and walk in closet. Next I plan to work with them for a bathroom in our lower level and a bar. They provided excellent assistance with full slab and remnant selections. The installations were also of highest quality at a discount price.

Commented: Is your counter top 2 or 3 cm and does it have a miter edgeOut material is 3 cm thickness with a drop mitered edge. Most residential countertop fabrication in the midwest is provided using 3 cm stock.
