We enjoyed doing the vinyl siding on your house, thanks for having us put the finishing touch to the front upper gable. I am still having a hard time with the lime green front door,LOL. Looking forward to building this next garage

I hired Build Rite for a number of projects in 2013 and 2014, and I plan to use them again this summer (2017). I have dealt with lots of different contractors, and Ken is one of the best. His work is high quality. He is willing to work with me on different ways to approach the projects. And this shouldn't have to be said, but given my experience in Maine I'll say it: Ken shows up when he says he is going to show up, and he answers phone calls and emails! I honestly have not a single complaint about him, his work, and his team. He repaired my kitchen ceilings including insulation, did the carpentry for new counter installations, put in a new set of built-in shelves, and built a beautiful custom-designed extension for my back deck and hot tub. All was done on time at good prices and high quality.

Build Rite Construction had done a few jobs at my camp. They did roof framing, sheathing and metal work one year and hung live edge clapboards this year. I was satisfied with every job they've done and appreciate the good communication and photo updates since I'm from out of town. I was very fortunate to find Ken and his company and they will be back this year for more projects. I highly recommend them!

BuildRite built my passive solar house and detached garage ten years ago. I am hiring BuildRite this spring to upgrade the windows and doors now that better engineered glass is available for passive solar construction. I know I can trust BuildRite to complete the job to my satisfaction.

Ken was hired to design and construct a large three bay garage with ample open concept living space above. The project was rich with complexity regarding septic design, town approval, and orientation on the land. Ken met personally with all the trades needed and worked through weather and illness adversities to complete the project on time while keeping it thoughtfully updated along the way without a significant financial increase. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and communication; very folksy, yet quite knowledgeable. I would (and will) hire Build Rite construction again.
