It has been a wonderful experience working with Drew on our bathroom renovation . He set out how he would approach this project from start to finish and went over the projected costs in detail. There were no surprises !! Although we had a general idea for the plan,he visualized and suggested some modifications that added so much to the finished product. When renovation takes place in your home you have to expect that everything you normally do on a day to day basis changes drastically. Our home was constructed in the mid 1960's and built like a fortress.and his crew faced issues of removing the existing bathtub and the old wall tile. They handled that like it was not a problem .The inconvenience of noise, workers, dirt and dust can be a game changer in your lifestyle. Drew did everything possible to minimize the impact of the construction and he personally saw to it that his crew showed up on the date when scheduled and right on time. We couldn't be happier with the results.We have a totally new bathroom highlighted by a beautiful stand in shower . We would highly recommend HM homebuilders

We hired HM Homebuilders to build a 2-story addition that included a family room, master bathroom, and covered patio to our existing home. We are thrilled with the new addition! They were very professional and thorough during the whole process. They came in on budget. All the subs were friendly and I felt comfortable having them work in my home. They cleaned up after themselves each day. The work they did is beautiful and we are so pleased. After completion, we had a couple minor things come up and they were quick to respond and take care of everything. We would certainly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Drew Mclellan has built 2 homes for me. He has around 20 years of experience in regard to new home construction. He possesses extensive knowledge regarding the structure of a home and how it should be constructed. He is also excellent at explaining each step of the home building process. I found him to be very competent and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He is a perfectionist, and very organized with his work schedule. He was very aware and timely during the entire process. He let me know, well in advance, when choices needed to be made by me in order to complete different phases of our project. Every phase of construction was on time and our home was completed by the construction date listed on the contract. He always called me to explain what would be occurring as the next step. There was never a time that he did not make himself available to me or the subcontractors. His subcontractors like and respect him. He has known most of them for years. He has a very professional "crew". I have contacted him since the closing of my home and he has been readily available to answer questions and make any repairs needed. He even had a portion of my roof repaired because he was not pleased with how it looked(I had not noticed). To say the least, he is an incredible builder and an outstanding person. He has a work ethic and integrity that I do not witness very often. I trust him very much and would have no one else build a home for me.

We contracted this company to build our custom house in 2004. Since then we have received nothing but the highest quality service a homeowner could ask for. We would definitely recommend HM Homebuilders to anyone and more importantly, if we built another home, this is who we would use.

HM homebuilders finished our basement for (approximately 1900 square ft.). The workmanship was superior. Our goal was to continue the quality of our first and second floors to the unfinished basement. This goal was accomplished with the finish work and they were very easy to work with throughout the process. We would recommend them for your next project for certain.
